Here's how it really went:

In the beginning, Goatchrist started the Metal Hell, and it was good, and it was loved by everybody. Unfortunately, as the club grew, it got more and more faggotry within it. Soon, one man, named Duffeknol, or Lame Horse, realized one man alone could not control the faggotry in the club. So he volunteered to help Goatchrist and became the co-owner of the club, and was zealous in his anti-faggotry efforts.

Unfortunately, the barrage of faggotry from mallfags continued to grow... two men, the black metal hermit and the elder came forth, and pledged allegiance. The alliance of the four horsemen had been founded, and they were deadly effortful in their anti-faggotry zeal. And now all was well in the Metal Hell, and there were 4 flame breathers, competent in their anti-faggotry flaming and brotherhood.

One horseman fell, though. He grew a madness within him, and soon grew weary of the intense faggotry that the Hell was barraged from the NG general. He left. A vacancy grew, and the hell drifted into chaos. Several were considered, including Sam (who was rejected due to her status as a female) and Nev (who was rejected for the same reason). Finally, Idiosyncratic, the sarcastic doom/sludge fan, was chosen. In his unhallowed glory, he breathed more flames than ever upon the mallfags and punkfags. And all was and still is great in the Hell.
