I'm really, REALLY not a maiden fan. Saw them in London December 22nd, and that's possibly the last time i'll see them. They played through the entirety of their newest album, with only a few of their classics despite being given an extended curfew due to technical difficulties (the main power line catching fire and fucking up proceedings for 20 minutes)

To be honest, I haven't listened to them for a while, as I kinda overdosed on them, and am now taking a break. I tend to do that with music, which is annoying.
I admit there's only so much of Maiden you can take in. I don't knwo what it is, but I tend to get a bit sick of hearing Bruce's voice after listening to them for a given time.

Yeah well all those bands played in 05 as well, plus the headliners were much better. Maybe not with whoever headlined saturday(seriously, I forget now.) but Sabbath and SOAD are great bands, not to mention the fact they had almost EVERY great thrash band that year (Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax) as well as Motorhead, Lordi, Chimaira, I think KSE were there, but I was wasted as fuck. Slipknot were pretty decent live, despite me only having vision from one eye, and yeah... vodka makes me forget what i'm saying.
