Kataxu
Gorgoroth
Mayhem
Setherial
Xasthur
Mutiilation

That should do. Some pretty melodic shit right there.

I knew Mayhem and Gorgoroth already, but the rest are new to me.

Thanks.

I'd say Scenes From A Memory. Of my limited collection of DT albums, i'd say it was my favourite.

My Arms, Your Hearse by Opeth is fucking amazing.

Morningrise is not too bad either.

I bought both today.

I wouldn't recommend Kataxu to everyone though, since some might be offened by the band's national socialistic ideology.

I still need Morningrise, and Delieverance, Orchid and Ghost Reveries.

My favourite is currently Still Life. Since The Moor and Godhead's Lamen are just ownage.

You seen them live ever, 0peth?

I dont know what to think about Opeth. I think they're great musicians, but im really not a fan of death vocals. I've heard a few songs with clean vocals, and they're fantastic, but then the singer breaks into death, and it kinda ruins it for me.

Meh, Drukqs was a good but flawed album. I'd probably have taken the Opeth ones over it. Although it did have "Cock Ver. 10", which is a fucking ace song.

Sadly, no. They have been on break recently after a 13 month tour.

By the way, I recommend Orchid out of all of those. Don't bother buying Ghost Reveries before any of the other ones, it's disappointing.

Sorry for not posting here in about.... 50 pages or so. I'll try to be more active.

So, any fans of Dimmu Borgir? I think they sound awesome with an orchestra and everything, but it doesn't sound good with their lead singer. Eventually, other guys come in and it sounds awesome! And then, the lead comes back, sounding like he has a cock in his throat. And, their drummer plays really fast. I'd say he could be better than Neil Peart.

Anyone, comments? Rants?

You could always get Damnation. Nothing but clean vocals on that album.

I intend to do just that. I'm just gonna get them in chronological order. Orchid, Morningrise, Delieverance, Ghost Reveries.

Yes, Mikeal's vocals are definitely not for everyone.

I've heard a few songs with clean vocals, and they're fantastic, but then the singer breaks into death, and it kinda ruins it for me.

In that case... Damnation-----------------------> Buy/ Check out

Also, I only have Still Life, Ghost Reveries, and Deliverance.

I have both versions of Morningrise, Orchid, Damnation, Blackwater Park, and My Arms, Your Hearse.

So 6/9.

I want them all.

Y HALLO THAR!

I love the music, but Shagrath's vocals suck. Needs moar clean vocals/real death grunts, none of his gargling razorblades crap. I also hate how he uses effects on his voice, that destroyed "Puritania" for me.

Except it's Deliverance, not 'Delieverance'.

I think either Still Life or Deliverance is next.

Except it's not on iTunes. I'll find a way though. I heard Deliverance isn't THAT good for Opeth, but pretty damn good in comparison to other bands.

I hope this isn't a really odd question, or maybe it's just a vagina approach.

I IMAGINE MANY OF YOU OWN BAND SHIRTS, and hopefully ,assuming, maybe one of you has bought a blank shirt or had one and put patches on it, rather than buying an expensive one etc.

Anyways, I have my blank black sweater. I wanna put a big Back patch of Hyocrisy on it.
Now, would it be against band-t-shirt-rules to put a smaller front band logo patch on the front chest part? would it be dumb, stupid looking, confusing, or simply genius to put two awesome bands on one sweater?

THANKS FOR HELPING ME IN ADVANCE KLASJLDF.

I hate to say it, but I do not have an Opeth shirt...

They only come in XL-- which is quite small for me since I'm 5'10 and those things shrink in the wash.

I have the opposite problem being a girl. Everything is way too fucking big for me. So I have to buy them as mediums's since they never come in small, and cut them up and sew the sides to make them fit.
