I just prioritize. I say "Alright, I'm gonna record for so and so today, if I have time, record for another so and so, and then I'll do the rest of another so and so tommorrow, etc..." I spend all my free time writing songs, since that's what I do for fun, and when I get access to recording equipment (there's almost no room in my new apartment for my desktop, so I asked my sister Anna if I could store it at her place, so her place is my recording studio now), I just record for hours on end. I can usually finish one song and start another within a day. I'm efficient like that. Plus, I did session singing for Willpostforfood's project, as well as session keyboards for this as-of-yet unnamed local bm band, and session singing for the same band.
I can barely manage two projects at once :P
It helps that all my projects are clearly defined, i.e. they barely overlap in genre. Terra Et Tempestas is a calming brand of ambient, Plastic Worm VS. Kali Yuga is a more jarring glitch jam/ambient, and my unnamed Power Metal project is, well, power metal. So I have lots of musical ideas, and don't have to mine a certain genre for ideas and potentially burn out.
