I don't mind Iron Maiden
I can't say I really like/love them, but whenever they're playing I won't complain at all

Could be Duffy too. But its definately me.
Yeah, it was you.
Here I am, bored with everything.
Also, I might finish The Beginning (the song) tommorrow, and host both on my putfile monday. The basic structure (not exactly, but close):
1. Ambient ----->Drone
2. Drone ------> Ambient
But it's not calming ambient. It's jarring ambient.

That's the only kind I listen to these days...

Jarring, I've become dead into stuff like Lustmord. Creepy music owns.
catch 22 situation:
no not the shitty album.
alright, heres the just of it- if i cut my hair then my mom said that she will pay for all the tattoos that i currently have planned. which is about five or six including a backpiece and one on my neck. this will save me a fuckload of money, but i love my golden locks, suggestions? im leaning towards getting my hair cut but i need some advice because i feel naked without the hair.

A haircut for six tattoos? Go for it, hair grows back, but your mom paying for pricy body art seems like a one-time offer.

You interrupted my Napalm Death listening to for THIS???
The vocals are shitty too, it's like someone trying to burp the alphabet.

Get the money first, then don't cut your hair, and get the tattoo's too.

Trying to get me being made fun at for buying one of his albums? Haha, but I think I remember him saying something about Iron Maiden once when Nev said "Iron Maiden is boring" a few months ago. I forgot what he said, though. :P

Of course it's you, but you never make fun of me for buying albums of Iron Maiden or Bruce Dickinson.

I was under the impression that he hated NWOBHM.
?
Ok, so I've just recently started getting into the whole metal scene so I wonder what are some good metal albums that you guys would recommend?
Basically, any metal band other than Slayer, which is the only I've listened to for about 5 years.
I figured someone here could help.

if you've only listened to Slayer, we'll start with some pretty well known bands
try the following:
Overkill
Annihilator
Manowar
Morbid Angel (to start you off with some good death metal)
Immortal (to try black metal)
hm yeah, start with that, hope you like it

Thanks man. I haven't only listened to Slayer. I have some Maiden and some Motorhead albums lying around, but I was hoping for lesser known bands, so once again thanks.

And Mayhem (everything but Deathcrush and their live CD's) for more black metal,
Ulver (just because)
Iniquity
and
Deteriorot.
Thanks to the both of you for giving me some more bands. although I already own Powerslave and Number of the Beast.

The first five Metal albums I ever bought were...
Iron Maiden - Number of the Beast (This album is what initially got me into Metal)
Megadeth - Peace Sells ... but Who's Buying?
Overkill - Under the Influence
Metallica - Ride the Lightning
Onslaught - In Search of Sanity
And I love all of them to this day.
?

Pantera-Cowboys from Hell
Pantera-Vulgar Display of Power
Opeth-Ghost Reveries
Judas Priest-Painkiller
Megadeth-Rust in Peace
Nile-Annihilation of the Wicked
