I don't think you can directly make it mp3. You can however File-Export-WAVE... it, then convert it MP3 using the appropriate software - like Audacity.

go to your sound settings, go to recording, and tag 'stereo mix' and adjust the volume a bit (you need to fuck around with this). Now go to Guitar Pro and go to export > wav. Make sure your computer runs NO other programs that make sounds, just have Guitar Pro open. Click play and wait for the song to finish playing.

Well, it's definitely our best song.

Apart from one we performed a while ago. 10 minute buildup (with our singer thanking all these people and us just widdling random acousticy clean stuff over the top) then a single power chord and we walked off.
