I just read my last post and it looks like im saying conquer all is on zos kia cultus, which its not. Zos kia was the last album I got, and yeah, I dont like it much. That is all.

I have only heard very few of their old stuff, like "Grom" which I think is quite good, but not up to their newer work.

I agree. I love both their death and black metal, and don't find their death metal bland at all. I've heard a few tracks from Demigod, and it's br00tal.

And to goatchrist and TehGaySatanist, I never said they weren't br00tal, just they sound like every other mediocre death metal band I've stumbled upon. I have good death metal (Deteriorot, Dawn of Dreams) and they have an innovative sound, and innovative song structures, but Behemoth seem intent on playing the exact same death metal that almost everybody else plays.
By the same token, the only Darkthrone CD I like is Under a Funeral Moon. The rest is bland, cliche` black metal. I don't care how tr00 or kvlt or br00tal it is, it still sounds like every other piece of shit black metal band out there.

Then I want to know what kind of Death Metal you heard. Compare Thelema.6 with Deicide, Morbid Angel or Cannibal Corpse. There are almost NO similarities to these bands, for example. I don't know what you are smoking :P

well my friend just bought the CD because its his favorite (or used to be) band but he said to stay away from it, i heard it and.......I hated it. It was complete shit nothing new each song sounds the same. stay away because its one of the worst black metal albums

Pretty much. Except I don't find Nile that new or interesting. I just listen to it when I've gotten dr0kn. The only clincher being that Nile did it before Behemoth. :)

Sorry, been busy, haven't had time to post....Nile, they are ok...Some of the riffs I've heard from them were decent, but, sadly enough, I'm too virginal in the metal world, and haven't heard enough of them to say if I think they are good enough.
I just heard some Opeth...The Great Conjuration I think its called. The video sucks (mostly), and I hated the song at first, but its kinda growing on me...I always hear about how great Opeth is, and I never really thought so (especially when I kept hearing them in the same sentence as Atreyu- something local, I'm sure...damn teenie boppers) but IDK, what do yall think?
