Stop weeping and whining about your hair you faggots ^^
Either way, I just read that Nadja are going to play here tomorrow. I only read stuff about them but haven't actually heard any of their material. Anyone know if they (she?) are (is?) worth it?
Also, I just found out how much of an overrated band Absu are.
Also, recommend me some Stoner/Sludge/Doom as I only know bands like Crowbar in that department. I've missed out on a lot of stuff in those genres, so I'm sure you can help me out there.
FOOOOOOOOOORRRRRSSSSSSSSAAAAAAAAAKKKKEEE EEN!!!!

Holy shit the KISS cover on Houdini is one of the coolest things I've ever heard.

They're like Sunn but less dark. Really droney.

Told you. Get Stoner Witch too while you're at it. It's more experimental, but it still is a nice slab of stoner metal.
Here I am, bored with everything.

I'm pretty sure we're the only two who listen to them here. But yeah it's always cool when artists actually respond to their fans. I've seen some of that in the Metal Archives forums and I actually got to talk to AK from Mirkwood a little bit through emails. Even though his band is pretty much just a bedroom project it was cool as shit talking to him. Mirkwoods demo's are amazing in my opinion.
?
That's weird, I went to your Last.fm page a little while ago and saw the name Mirkwood and decided to check it out. I might've considered getting some of their stuff if they weren't just a bedroom band. And that's insanely hypocritical.
Actually the reason I'm not going to get their demos is because I currently have a lot of music I need to familiarise myself with.
Ulver's 'A Marriage of Heaven and Hell' + AlmightyBruce's sig = Tripping balls.

This signature makes use of various clichés and/or 'emotional' lyrics/quotes, hopefully it makes me appear deep.

Or be like me and grow it out to a short/longish/mullet messy look, and then shave it off to a number 2.

some of the experimental stuff is just as worthy as their stonery material. i think stag is becoming one of my favourite albums of theirs, after bullhead atleast.

Meh, I can't complain about my hair, although it would be nice if it was longer. However, my mum goes against that and she's all like "You won't be getting a job with that hair."
BTW, nice butcher knife.

I thinks since I got Houdini and Stoner Witch first, they stick to me the most. Those two albums are also the most accessible ones of their, which is funny. I think The Crybaby is another heavy one, or it might be the really experimental one, I honestly don't remember. How was their latest album? I didn't hear it.

For fans of the more melodic power metal and bands like sonata arctica and the more recent symphony X you might like this band.
For some reason, now after I added every metal band I could think of like a million nobody metal bands are sending my account friend requests and asking me to listen to their music.

ICE COOLS FIRE!
Just got home from my Guitar Orchestra concert. Played two songs, first lasted an hour and was just some Avant-Garde piece (In C, Terry Riley). And the othr was a tweny minute song (Having Never Written a Note for Percussion, James Tenney) that totally sounded like a Sunn O))) song :).
It was fun.
