Both, but I should also add that I'm almost never emotionally stable. I'm in terrible physical shape and in too much pain to move right now. My chest feels inflamed. My eyes are getting red too, and that's something I only noticed a couple of hours ago. I've been like this all day and now I just feel completely hopeless and helpless.
