(i know im not nev) there isnt, their maybe a few chain stores dotted around (i.e. the odd ben and jerry's stand or concession in a larger venue, like a shopping centre, or cinema) however you rarely get ice cream stores. In portsmouth, where i live, i cant think of one dedicated ice cream store and if there is one its a privately owned one rather then a chain.
of course nev may know different but im pretty sure thats the case :P
