Lucifer Over America is coming to New York in 5 days, and I'm going mainly for Rotting Christ. The first show of the tour was yesterday, and I'm looking to see if there are any setlists online. I plan on going to the May 22nd Paganfest show as well, but I haven't bought my ticket yet.

For death metal, I reccomend Cynic. That's the only death metal band I like other than Demilich. Sean Malone uses a chapman stick, which I think is a great instrument.
I feel that the two very best power metal bands are Angra and Symphony X, although both are actually prog/power. I also reccomend Helloween and Dark Moor. Zandelle and Conception still manage to keep me interested a bit ( I had mentioned before how I'm losing interest in a lot of power metal). A good band that Ghoul showed me is Time Requiem. They're neoclassical power metal.

You can get all of Demilich's stuff free on the band's official website (linked on Metal Archives). I recommend starting off with Nespithe, and go from there. They're a pretty damn good band. Also, for death metal. check out Deicide as well.
