in other news i got Dark Tranquillity's The Gallery and Project, and The Gallery is absolutly awesome, how and why on earth did i just get some of the later DT releases when this jewel was sitting there neglected, its just brilliant and Projector is awesome to but you can start to see the lean towards the more "gothenburg" style in it

As they are my favorite band, I have some unqualified recommendations for you. If you like The Gallery more than Projector, get The Mind's I next. If you learn more towards Projector, get Haven. Skydancer is also a really good album on the Gallery side. Skydancer reminds me of pre-Slaughter At The Gates or even pre-Jester Race In Flames. Its very good as well. Any song rec's, just ask.

they are awesome, and even more awesome live, i high five'd Mikael as he charged round the front of the audience jumping up on the barriers :D (it at Bloodstock last year if your interested :P) urm and i have all the other albums apart from Skydancer and The Mind's I, first got into them with Character then just went from there :P i will deffinatly look into the other two albums soon, and complete the collection :P

Definitely, all albums are recommended. I saw DT with The Haunted and Scar Symmetry this time last year (end of march). I got to pull Mikael into the crowd (<1000 at this show) and I got a setlist. :P Not trying to brag though, bloodstock was awesome and I wish I got to go. Its all good though, definitely check them out. It took me until this past year to get all of their album (actual purchase).

ah awesome, scar symmetry are very nice live, even with a few technical sound bugs at bloodstock they were awesome, and i got the vocalist to sign my chest, it was a bet, i won it :P only have character as a real purchase :S im personally not too fussed but hey my bank loves me for it :P
