How did that happen?

I dunno. I found out this morning when I saw a string of purchases that occured when I had no debit card (it got swallowed by an ATM) and I saw myself run into several overdraft fees (they overdrew my account like a n**ga eats chikkuns) as well as several purchases from an adult store in Oakland (which I haven't been in since I got acid the last time). I called them today and they froze my account until I can get this sorted away. Till then, I have 40 dollars cash.

On a good note i saw Ozzy and Rob Zombie last night, it was FUCKING AMAZING they both played their best songs. And some uprising band called In This Moment opening with a chick singer who was HAWT and had Mr. Zakk Wylde with the best 40 min guitar solo of all time. Shame BLS didnt play I heard they were going to but alas not so... But it was still a amazing show and had a blast.

Save it for food. A bit of proof in the form of a paper trail will absolve you, I'm sure. Unless you bank sucks major dick, then it may be some work. Either way it'll work out. Best of luck.

Sorry, but... :P at first when I read that I thought that YOU are the criminal and would be packing your stuff for jail again.

Well, I hope you gonna get this solved soon. Good luck.

Sorgvind, how should I ever know what demo of yours you're actually going to release? You're changing your mind on almost a daily basis. How about spending a bit more time on one to make it "ultimate"?

You need to post 10 bands to get in.

But with an introduction like that, I could piss on you and nobody would do anything about it.

Into Eternity and Trivium had a kid that they raised to be heavy but he rebelled against them and took ballet lessons.

By no means.

However, that is an accurate description of melodic metalcore.

I have a better description: crap. I love melodeath, but I will be the first person to tell you it is probably one of the most watered-down genres. Any metalcore version is probably even more watered down - its just a cop-out because the lead singer can't do death growls right, and they want to use slightly more "pop" style hooks. Sheesh.

Your opinions are poorly conveyed to me, explain.

Are you listening to those bands because you are saying that they are melodic and heavy, melodic and unheavy, atonal and heavy, or atonal and unheavy? I am very confused

Bullshit. I can do death growls without a hitch. My point is that singing is harder than growling.

I don't give a shit what you can and can't do. I wasn't even talking about you - don't apply suppositions I make about other bands to the whole wide world of metal. Furthermore, don't assume that opinion applies to anything but the band you all seem to be describing.

Singing is prevalent in your favorite genre. We know, I know, I don't care. To each his own. But there are operatic singers I know that couldn't ever growl (though I admit the person I have in mind is a girl, but some girls can growl, just not spectacularly - see Arch Enemy, of course), and growlers than can't sing (a lot of people). It depends upon the person, so kindly refrain from generalizing about that as well.

Alright. I think bruce was confused, i was saying that bands can be both melodic and heavy. unless he was supporting my claim, which i appreciate.

and as far as this growl/singing thing goes, i'd have to say that death growling is harder to do correctly, as it's more of an unnatural ability than singing is. It requires a lot more training, from either a mentor or oneself, that singing does. I mean, a toddler can sing. Also singing doesn't have much of a potential for damaging your throat, though that's not really relevant.
