New metal?? KsE and shadows fall are great hardcore bands, I personally think it would be wrong to class them as Nu-metal as you just can't compare them to things like Linkin Park and Korn. Id rather see them in the death metal section, though that too would be wrong. Maybe Headbanger you could make a Hardcore section? lol, sorry man if im trying to make more work for you!

Nah, they're not. I always thought they could get away with being classed as one if they wanted though, as with their range of vocals and guitar solo's they could. But the band class themselves as hardcore and along with KsE and others, so I believe they should be classed what they think they are.

Also Ive got a cool band for you guys, Some really nice melodic death metal, but from an american band! A bit of a rarity normally in that genre, they are called enforsaken.

i have also been more active since the formation of metal hell and the overall topics on the general page. the headbanger forum is an extension of that.
i am huge fan of just music in general, so any excuse to talk about it more will get my interests going.
