Here's a video if you'd like to check out some of these bands. There top 25 most metal bands, maybe not officially, like the Headbangers Ball but there pretty good bands to listen to.

Suicide is one of the dumbest things one can do. All you do is leave a big gaping hole where you and all your problems were, to leave everybody who love you shocked, scared, and most of all, sad. (and yes, there are people that love you. just in case you're thinking that no one loves you).

I'm feeling down in the dumps too, pretty damn rotten, but I'm not going to kill myself. Neither should you. Suicide is very unmetal, even in the case of Dead (of Mayhem).

In summary, don't kill yourself. Be strong like your viking ancestors before you and hold fast, through your problems. In the end, you will be a better person.

They have a pretty old school-ish prog-metal sound going on.
They're really good, but can be slow at times.
