Thank you.

Question for you guys. Do you think the Dynasty Warriors series soundtrack are actually metal? A disagreement has arisen and I think that a general opinion would be the most reliable answer.

Have you ever heard of Carcass, or Cannibal Corpse?
Here's a video if you'd like to check out some of these bands. There top 25 most metal bands, maybe not officially, like the Headbangers Ball but there pretty good bands to listen to.

Dont do that. It'd be very sad for everyone you know, even us!

Suicide is one of the dumbest things one can do. All you do is leave a big gaping hole where you and all your problems were, to leave everybody who love you shocked, scared, and most of all, sad. (and yes, there are people that love you. just in case you're thinking that no one loves you).
I'm feeling down in the dumps too, pretty damn rotten, but I'm not going to kill myself. Neither should you. Suicide is very unmetal, even in the case of Dead (of Mayhem).
In summary, don't kill yourself. Be strong like your viking ancestors before you and hold fast, through your problems. In the end, you will be a better person.

I'm fine now.
Bonemill is pretty much the only person who successfuly can be considered viking. Kidd is just a wannabe.

I've been thinking about trying to get into them, but have never bothered to. Know any songs of theirs that I must check?

Maybe I'm just crazy, but I think quite a lot of music from Dynasty Warriors sounds like Avenged Sevenfold. :S

They have a pretty old school-ish prog-metal sound going on.
They're really good, but can be slow at times.
The Ivory Gate of Dreams
A Pleasant Shade of Gray
Simple Human
Monument
Only ones I really ever listened too.

Oh my shit.
3 Inches of Blood's first album is pretty much pirate themed, with a series of 3 songs which tell the tale of a ship's captain in battle, then in a storm which sinks his ship, and eventually washing up on an island full of treasure whereupon he dies.
