I just have a problem with people posting nothing but bullshit without being the least bit reasonable, or with absolutely no interest in any form of intelligent discussion. I don't know what's so funny about posting "this sucks and this sucks and this sucks". I'm not defending anyone, I don't care if he bashes my favourite bands or not.
Also, I can honestly say that I was never one of these people (to which Earfetish referred to) who try to force my music taste, or "true" taste on anyone. Just to clarify things.

Anyway, I'm rather laid back and not so much of an elitist in real life. To be honest, I don't see myself as metal elitist on the Internet either. Sure, I like to give a good old flaming, but that's more or less done in order to feed my twisted sense of humor. However, that's besides the point. I listen to a lot more than just metal, in fact, for the past few days, I've been listening to the Police nonstop.
Along with classic rock bands and whatnot, I do enjoy listening to my bass teacher's many vinyl bebop records.
