I dont think it should be aimed as a metal party, as much as a party with metal. Hosts have control then. So there is no major genre split ups. Plus, how many of you make friends who are major loyal fans of all different genres, anyways.
The only time I've ever gone to a party wgere we argued about music was when I was 16 and I hung out with all these punkers. a kid named Gomola and I were pretty much the only metalheads. Super drunk violent punkers who refuse to give up the radio and a 3 hour argument later about which genre is better lead to an interesting night.

I'd love to go to a party that played only Power Metal and was fancy dress and had lots and lots of alcohol.
Cause naturally, there would be a lot of knights and you could go into the garden and have a war.
I believe it would be very, very fun.

They only got one album atm, since its the band of Blind Guardians ex-drummer, and he only quit...a few years ago. blanking on a number.
But that whole album is pure ace and epicness.
