Eternal Tears Of Sorrow click :)

Anyone hear of Mithotyn? They're pretty good oldschool black metal.

Nope, sounds totally unknown to me :) but in case of black metal... I love Naglfar.

Metal club....can i join this club?

Anyway.....have you ever heard of our "eastern black metal" such as As-Sahar? Or maybe "Brutal Death Metal" such as Necrotic Chaos? They are from my country, Malaysia and i proud of it!

So i got Amon Amarth - Versus The World today, and i was warned it was probably their worst one. And here i am loving it. Is there something wrong with me?

Also got Caliban - The Opposite From Within, haven't listened to it yet though.

The worst? Nah, it's their best :) (Have only heard two songs off Fate Of Norns yet, softer, but good)

That's cool.

Anyone of you listen to Eternal Tears Of Sorrow? It consisted of the Kalmah members, after a few years ETOS spilt up and founded Kalmah.

Their old band is very good but very different from Kalmah.

Yeah, I mentioned them a while back, I actually prefer them to Kalmah, The Album "Chaotic Beauty" Is class.

Actualy I never wnated to see them live. Their crowd used to concist of hippy like truck drivers who show off their lighters and now it consists of Linkin Park loving posers. Besides you can't mosh to their songs.

If words were wisdom, I'd be talking even more.

I just don't see the point in going to Metallica's concerts. Their music is good for listening to at home (if you like that kind of music) but that's it. It's not like you can mosh to ancient classics like Fade To Black. All you can do is hold up a lighter. I just don't see what so good about going to their shows.

A show of a band like Behemoth or Pantera on the other hand, it's very fucking energetic and you can drink as much as you want without getting drunk because after a pit or two you have so much adreneline (sp) in your blood that alcohol starts seeming like coffee to you.

True, true... but I did not except the show to be as "hard" as the Slayer, InFlames, CoB I saw lately... however, I respect what Metallica did in the past. I always found the have inspire a lot of Metal Band, and opens the path to group like Pantera and Slayer.... and for that I do respect their work. And on top of that, I enjoy most of their song... so yeah, I went, was glad I went! It was a great concert! But of course, there was no hard mush pit. But it still was a great concert

I went to a metallica concert, its not as good as they once were cos of james's fucked up voice but the music is still solid,

u obviously know fuck all about Metallica as there first three albums are fucking thrash and they dont play fade to black or that slow shit at their concerts, it was a total mosh forchrist sake, their like one of the heaviest fastest bands ever.

I still don't see why you would go to their concert. You can respect them as much from your home. I don't see what you can do on their show that you can't do at your home.

Besides a concert doesn't have to have hard music, just energetic music. For example Manowar is certainly not a heavy band but still when I was on a Manowar tribute the amounts of adrenaline stupified me more than anything I have ever experienced.

Why not?? Why stay at home in front of my TV or my comp when I could go out at a concert? Why not go to hear Metallica? I mean, I had nothing better to do... and beside I enjoyed the show!

Well, Master of Puppet is energetic, so is Fuel..... I mean it was so big were we were that even "One" made people trash.

For me it the opposite. Why go to the concert when I can stay home?

I mean, I had nothing better to do... and beside I enjoyed the show!

If I had the chance, I'd still go to see Metallica, even though they suck now. They are still famous for their live shows.

Anyway, I'd rather see Hypocrisy live for a second time :)

My brother saw Slipknot live, he was annoyed by the faggoty band members jumping around on the stage and hitting on a few trash cans here and there. Sound wasn't good either, GREAT! >:(

We did something like that once but what the hell.

Azazel, Pantera, Testament, Slayer, Entombed, Vader, The Haunted and Tool\A Perfect Circle.

I know some of the bands no longer exist but it's fun to go see non existant bands.
