Turisas are playing in Manchester soon, and its £10 a ticket :(.
I have no one to go with though, and I don't care about them enough to go alone... I'm happy to get stabbed after Dream Theater... but not Turisas.

I think I share that taste. Shovel Headed Kill Machine is a really good album.

If you get stabbed after anything relating to vikings, you're going to Valhalla.

I am both interested and repulsed by your sense of humour.

I don't actually have £20.... and I don't have £10 to spare... spent the majority of whats left of my "savings" this weekend.
I just realised then, my whine was irrelevant.
And I only added it so its on topic, else Goatchrist will spank my arse again for just insulting you :P.

Its mindless banter, love-hate, etc, etc.

I don't know why it puzzled me so much but just a minute ago my friend asked me, "What percentage of the populationdo you think listens to metal?" I don't even know what to guess, 5%? I mean in America, but hell I'd love to hear estimates from other countries.

Well let me tell you something that may clear this up for you. Most of todays population goes through a rebellious stage. Meaning you either listen to either punk rock or really heavy metal (for todays generation nu-metal).
Now If you apply Newtons law of physics to that statistic you will find that whilst the ones who banged their heads as a youngster continue to bang their heads today because an object that is in motion stays in motion. (thus reffering to the banging head and todays generation of metal licking peni. <peni is the plural of penis>) Anywho, you will find that most who have ever listened to metal whether they admit it or not still listen today. Because its in their genetic code. A primal rage to thrash around and satisfy that hunger which thrives deep down.
So the next time someone tells you that they have listened to metal before and they tell you that they used to like it and not know. Rip their face off.
Oh and to add this... these songs are awesome..... Sentient 6 and This godless endeavour by nevermore.
Nice philosophy bonemill. I will commence the face ripping! SHOOP DA WOOP!

While your theory was very interesting and most likely correct, I must point out that the plural of penis is penises.
