Zomby Birdy: Save de Pig

None of the custom levels stuff works anymore and hasn't worked since at least last year. (I gave it a good amount of time between last I played several months ago and playing again today just to see)

I'm thinking it's connecting to a remote server to load/get the custom levels, except it never can connect and I suspect the remote server for the game is no longer running, so all these medals are now unobtainable.

Promethean -- create a level in the custom editor
Windy - complete 5 custom levels
Spikey - complete 10 custom levels
Otherworldly - complete 15 custom levels

Checked and confirmed. I also checked it on the other websites - it's the same. I sent a PM to the author, if there will be no response within a reasonable time I will remove these medals.

For one the medal api seems to be interfering with getting the game loading correctly. I can only get it to load for me when I log out. The NG version is also extremely out of date from the current version, which may or may not be causing problems. Most of the medals haven't been unlocked in well over a year with some been unlocked since 2013.

I know about this issue, I am currently trying to get in touch with the authors of this game. If they won't make any fixes - the medals will rather go down.

The game won't advance to the next day and there are no medal unlocks past March of last year. It also appears to be one of those games that had trouble with https post update, since it loads in a non-https window in order to run.

I remember that game, I asked Exedor, to move it to http because it indeed wasn't proceeding to the next day, but now it works fine, I just checked it again. Also if you check the help me and correct? medals you will see that I just unlocked them using the test account.

As for the Dukker Tournament: I sent a PM to the author, awaiting response.

The following three medals are broken on at least Firefox and Chrome. For those who obtained the medals, how? Just tried it again after a year and the same problems.

75 Stars -- Not possible because the level is broken. Check the walkthrough linked from within the game itself. There is an additional rotating wooden beam not present in the actual stage (which instead has a tiny spot where the beam should be, but isn't. It's the upper-left beam which is missing.

95 Stars -- Not possible because the level never unlocks. Thus you cannot even attempt this. You can have 95 stars and it won't unlock. I can get 98 stars and it won't unlock. It's supposed to unlock at 95 stars.

100 Stars -- Not possible because both 75 Stars and 95 Stars are broken. Thus you can never get 100 stars (since you can't get those two). Thus you can never unlock the stage to even get a shot at trying it.

This game crashed in Chrome, I tried on Firefox and it loads alright but mouse and keyboard don't work so it's unplayable.

Noted. I don't think that it is the reason, but @Exedor - maybe you could try to set it to http? Anyway I sent a message to the authors. If it won't be fixed the game will most likely be removed.

Try it again, but it's not working for me. :'( They put a lot of effort, so hopefully they'll fix it. Hopefully, they'll get the message quickly, since sometimes, authors don't check accounts very often.

The game was uploaded in 2011 and the author seems 'a bit' inactive, so I doubt they will fix it.

I just checked this game and level 75 looks exactly how it should like, so it has to be something on your end. It sometimes happens, maybe you remember my weird issues related to Brutal and the falling platform. I also checked the game further because I did not remember how did I unlock the last bonus level (it truly does not unlock at 95 stars). It is a mistake in the description. In fact it unlocks when you have 99 stars collected.

Internet Explorer also has its own completely different Flash backend. Does this rely on some Internet Explorer ActiveX Flash plugin-only behavior or something retarded like that?

Again, I asked *how* did you make it work? Internet Explorer? Some other way? I don't use Windows.

I actually played the game on Firefox (Windows 8.1) and everything worked fine. Earlier I unlocked all the medals also using Firefox, but on Windows XP.

Either it is a weird problem that makes your browser read the data incorrectly like the Brutal case I mentioned earlier, when I was frustrated why at the beginning of the level the platform just falls down (changing the browser solved the problem), or it may be caused by Linux you are using.

I personally don't like the idea of being spied by Microsoft, so I probably won't move to Windows 10 (8.1 is already barely tolerable - and has an irritating glitch that often causes it to crash), but it is possible that some games simply may not be able to run properly on Linux.

Yes. I also strongly suspect such games won't work correctly under Mac OS X either. In other words, the game authors took shortcuts (instead of coding properly) which rely on particular exact specifics of only the exact Windows plugin they happen to use (Maybe even only the Windows Firefox plugin, in this case, although the Internet Explorer ActiveX plugin in other cases).

It could even be the game stops working correctly for you when a new version of the Flash player comes out.

I remember telling the author to either make these medals work or remove them, thanks for reminding me about this one. Looks like I will have to remove them personally ;-)

For Spaceport Defense I get this Error: Could not embed this media. message on every browser I try to load it in. There also haven't been any medal unlocks since 2016 when I assume the game stopped working.

Whoa, so you can see a medal there? I had to check it - right, it is visible. Before the change of the layout the medals - if nobody earned them - were simply becoming invisible for everybody - except the authors of course. @TomFulp - those fixes I mentioned need to be done faster, because as you can see those issues are starting to create some chaos ;-)

I can confirm that all three games are freezing when you are suppose to get a medal. It seems to be the same issue on all of them.
