Ranking System (Rough Sketch):

1 - GodFather (Don/Boss)
2 - Underboss (2nd In Command)
Takes over when GF is not available, authority to make top
decisions.
3 - Consigliere (Counsellor)
Advisor to GF and UnderBoss for administrative/political
matters
4 - Caporegima (Captain)
Chiefs in charge of organizing and administration of soldiers
5 - Soldiers
Carry out enforcement orders as deemed by captains
6 - Associates
Undercover members, supporters, entering members.

-Each Main level should have sub levels (especially captain and soldiers)
-a council of high-ranking members is highly recommended for discussing a large administrative decision

Godfather – head of mafia – Head of Council
Underboss – 2nd in command to Godfather – Head of Enforcers, Organizer of Protection – Council Member
i. Advisor and 2nd to Underboss – Head of Internal Affairs (investigative) – Council Member
ii. Capo (Captains) – heads of different offensive squads (blams, whistles, flags, negative reviews)
1. Lieutenants – Enforcers and organizers of orders by captains (Recommends promotions/demotions to Captain)
a. Soldiers – enforcers – (blams, whistles, flags, negative reviews)
2. Assassins – Captains’ special enforcers. Specialize in secret missions.
b. Consigliere – Personal Advisor to Godfather – Handles All Requests not handled by Underboss – Council Member
i. Advisor and 2nd to Consigliere – Handles Records and Accounting – Council Member
ii. Recruiter/Propaganda – In charge of recruiting and propaganda
iii. Requests – Handles requests from people for protection or service and reports to consigliere for council determination
iv. Collection – handles collection of fees for service as determined by godfather, council, or consigliere

i think we need to have more levels of soldiers. that will probably be the most common type of person on this so the should be like, Hitman, Thug, Threatener, ect. that way we dont have it being 90% just plain soliders .

yeah, i agree. if i get a re-cap of who's in and what they want to be, i can re-structure the ranking system around it, and definately put more soldiers in there
