I'd have to disagree with this, not that I think the Saints wouldn't win, but the 49ers would almost definitely be forced to kick more than 1 field goal. I'd say it would be something more along the lines of the 49ers having at least 3 field goals and 1 or maybe 2 touchdowns, with the Saints scoring several touchdowns and maybe a field goal or two. I think a score of 16-34 for the Saints would be much more probable. As far as the Ravens vs. Texans, I'd predict a lower scoring game, something like 13-24 for the Ravens maybe.

I do not hate him. I am just sick of the "Tebow Madness" that the experts force people to accept. Tebow is NOT the best QB in the NFL history, not even close, yet the so called expects are acting like Tebow is the best QB ever, pure madness.

Speaking of Tebow, Tecmo Super Bowl doesn't think he stands a chance against New England. Let's see if he can prove the game wrong for a second time...

Well, I do agree with some things you've said, but I really don't think any analystic expert out there on TV think that Tebow is the best QB ever, especially when he doesn't complete 50% of his passes in the regular season and until today, he hasn't beaten a team with a winning record as a QB. Of course, Skip Bayless and Michelle Beadle {you have to question their sanities every time they talk.} simply love this guy because he "just wins", completely ignoring the fact that he does everything to lose the game, except for the losing part.

Sad to say for you, even when the Pats beat down the Ponies in Foxboro, they will still find a way to talk about Tebow sooner or later.

Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.

I didn't mind Tebow, he is a competitor I can give him that but the problem is his fan base. You talk bad about him and they'll hunt you down like a pack of rabid dogs waiting to slit you in the throat. I mean Elway received tons of flak for not sucking his dick, it tells you something.

Some Broncos fans are willing to bash Elway to defend Tebow even though what Elway said about him is true, especially since Tebow haven't been throwing well and much of his contribution came from emulating Michael Vick.

I do hope Tebow can fix that for his sake, but man...things can really go out of hand. As for Skip Bayless and others, those are the same people who had the time to discuss whether they should anoint Alex Smith an "elite" quarterback.

There's a reason why I gave Bayless a unpleasant nickname, being that be once blamed Tuck for Flozell's cheap shots against him. Also he predicted that Eli Manning would be out for 4 to 6 weeks at the beginning of 2007.

All and all, I actually hope the Broncos upsets the Pats, but that's a tall order so who knows.

Saints

Texans

I honestly just want the Broncos and Texans to win because I think it would be a much more fun game to watch. In my opinion a Ravens game means a snorefest and watching the Pats at all makes me grind my teeth because I hate them.

It's weird. Even though I love the NFL and talking about it non-stop, I don't really give two shits about tonight's game. I don't care about either team and I feel like the whole BCS system is a load of shit which needs to be fixed. I really only get into college ball when my school or Ohio State is playing, which is odd, considering the fact that I have no problem watching two random NFL teams like the Seahawks and Eagles play for nothing and getting into it. Maybe I'm just an NFL fan only.

Anyone else feel like that?

You said "Fuck you, Tebow!" and you can't stand him and your reason for this... is because you watch and listen to the analysts on ESPN and etc.

Change the channel.

Interesting, as the studio team here in the UK on the NFL broadcasts have only ever been negative about Tebow, repeating week after week that he 'can't throw' and is riding a top defense.

For me he is improving every time I see him play, and if he had a decent receiver he would be making more throws- a number of games this season I have seen more drops than poor throws. And I'd take a winner who can pull it off under pressure than a QB with natural talent every day of the week- the reality is Tebow is in his first season starting (and that only after Orton had started the season dreadfully, making the task even harder), has a good winning record, and is now in the divisional round of the playoffs. Many many better rated QBs have not managed that. And he will only get better.

All in all the most excited I've been about the Broncos since I lived there and started following them, even though they were up against a poor shadow of the Steelers.

So, the next lot of predictions:

Saints
Packers (as if anyone is going to bet against these two)
Patriots
Ravens

Boring picks, but I'm not going to bet on the Broncos incase it breaks the magic.

Tempted to pick San Fran because of their defense, but I'm going with the Saints because they have too much firepower on offense and I don't really trust Alex Smith.

Denver at New England -

Patriots for the very same reason above, too much firepower on their part.

Sunday
Houston at Baltimore -

3rd string QBs usually do not win very much beyond the 2nd round, and this will be no exception to the rule, I got the Ravens.

NY Giants at Green Bay -

Packers, the only reason why is that I picked them to win the NFC, so naturally they'll win this game.

As for the national title game, I'm a bit surprised that the media is so quick to go with Alabama over LSU, despite the fact that the championship game is in the Superdome, and LSU went through murderer's row of a schedule unscathed. No disrespect to Bama, but if they couldn't beat them in Tuscoloosa, I don't like their chances in the Superdome.

That's assuming a lot, even with Urban Meyer at the helm. They might compete for the Big Ten title in a couple of years, yes, but national titles, I have my doubts. The Bucks need to prove that they can beat the elite teams on a consistant basis, and under Tressel, that didn't happen a lot.

Urban knows the ins and outs of the SEC and I expect a National Championship within the next 5 years.

You really think so? Just because Meyer knows the ins and outs of the SEC doesn't mean Ohio State can hang with the SEC teams, especially against Nick Saban and Alabama. Plus, don't forget that Michigan can only get better from here, much less the rest of the Big Ten, so don't think it's going to a cakewalk like it was a few years ago.

Oakland Raiders could possibly relocate again.

I'm going to laugh if they go back to Los Angeles. That'll mean their team has gone back and forth in the same area over the last 30 years like a bunch of bipolar tools.

I can see the Raiders moving back. Some say the Chargers as well, but no team is moving there if LA doesn't approve a new stadium and that has always been the major sticking point.

Sadly, I can see them at least make an attempt at this, assuming if the stadium deal passes, {which it most likely will.} and the Chargers don't get there first. The Raiders are the only team that shares it's facilities with another team, {the A's} and I'm sure that Marc Davis wants to get a new stadium nearby or they'll possibly move back to LA. It will certainly be awkward to share the same stadium with a divisional rival every week, unless they want to go back to the LA Coliseum with USC.
