With that said, I believe that Eli can be the best QB in the NFC East, if he isn't already
loooooooooooooool
At least hear me out on this, All of the QB's in that division has flaws, but I do believe that Eli's mistakes are correctable. Let's compare them all:
Rex Grossman- Well, he's Rex Grossman, what did you expect? Yes, he did lead the Bears to a Super Bowl and all, but that's largely due to the defense and running game that the Bears had in '06.
Michael Vick- An electric playmaker, no doubt about that. But he does get banged up way too much, considering only 1 time did he play all 16 games in a season healthy. There's a dramatic difference between him and Mike Kafka, I can assure you.
Tony Romo- Simply put, he's a regular season QB. But come the winter months, he really starts to slide way downhill. Let's face it, if they couldn't get to the Super Bowl in '07 when they had home-field advantage, and in '09 when they got his first playoff win, then they he isn't going to get it at all.
Eli Manning- He's not Peyton Manning, I get that. But he still is a damn good QB, and has the stats and the record to prove it, his problem is that he turns the ball over way too much, especially over the last 2 seasons, even if it isn't always his fault. If he can cut back on the turnovers like he did in '07 and '08, then he can be boderline MVP candidate, not to mention he is the only one with a Super Bowl ring, for what's its worth.
