When it comes to SECRET MEDALS, I'll ask you to be vague at best. If a game authour makes a medal secret, they've done so for a reason. So do not discuss SECRET MEDALS to any specific extent.
Quite often when a medal that requires some searching comes around, this thread gets flooded with PM requests. While this is not against the rules or anything, wouldn't it be much more fun to, you know, actually share your tips and tricks? I can understand not wanting to spoil stuff publicly, so why not post some hints to make the search a bit easier for people who cannot figure out how to earn a certain medal?

No,0 Pt medals are not obviously broken,they haven't been unlocked by anyone,they could either be broken or untested,if they're untested,their value will show up when someone will unlock them.
Also,Medals are now instantly added,they don't need to be approved anymore.
