Old game, but I thought I would point out a strategy that I recently found helpful for getting all the medals :
I noticed that power ups continuously spawn throughout the level, regardless of how many faces are on the screen. If you destroy all but one, or two, angry faces, it will allow you some breathing room to wait for more power ups to show up. You can either heal yourself up, or you can get a power up that will give you a special ability. That ability will continue over to the next level, once you defeat the last face. On level 20, the invulnerability power up shows up. Using the above method of getting rid of all the faces except for one or two, grab this power up and go into the next level, destroying as many faces as you can until the ability effect wears off. If you're quick and precise, you will be able to destroy most of the faces. Don't destroy all of them, keep one or two around, and wait for the next invulnerability power ups to show up again to continue the process. Keep using this method until you unlock the last ability on level 35, giving you all the ability medals for the game.
