Overkill medals are broken. I just overkilled something by 64 non-element damage, just to be absolutely sure.
Damage via move command is calculated by taking the attacker's attack stat minus the defender's defense stat. If the result is 0 or less, it becomes 1 instead. Defend and critical hit modifiers apply once the result is obtained, reducing or increasing the damage by 50% or 200% respectively. If the resulting damage goes below 1, it is effectively blocked.
I'm not sure how element damage is calculated, although based on the elemental spirits, it seems apparent that the defense works on a percent basis. For what it's worth, a 5 force 10 element earth sword used by a 23 attack Dash deals 16 earth damage to the first Dragon (-25 earth resistance) on extreme mode.

I managed to unlock Special Overkill, Hyper Overkill and Perfect Overkill. I didn't try for the other ones, so I'll have to take your word for it on those being broken. But the other ones are possible it seems.
On that note, I managed to unlock Heal Apprentice in the game, but it didn't register in my medals, so I'm not sure if that one's busted or not.

Yeah my bad. It's just Apprentice, Veteran, and Master that are broken.

Work on solving the top row, then you shouldn't ever have to touch it again. The rest shouldn't be too difficult, as long as you realize that the missing piece is on the bottom right.

You might have to set up an account at Kong, or through facebook, and then build an armory up to level 9 with level 9 weapons in it, then raid it. It was a lot easier to get the medal when the game first came out, than it is now, because of all the updates since.

How many weapons should be inside the armory? Should the defenders be equipped with the weapons?
I attacked a level 9 armory with 85 level 9 weapons. Only obtained spikes.

The rules in Zombie Babe Pool really arent clear at all. I dont know how many times I have gotten the pool table down to one but still fail unless the point is to do a shot and sink both at the same time at the end

There is a score requirement on each level. On certain levels you must have all your shots in a combo to meet the score requirement.
Also, going by the game's scoring rules, it's impossible to have 3k score in one level.

It is probably no longer possible to get the medal. Apparently the author has tweaked the game at some point and capped the level of weapons you can steal. Previously you can get high level weapons without going through the cost of building a lvl 9 armoury, and the author must have thought it was unbalanced.
If you're still playing, ask about the "0 luck" bug in the chat channels, they can tell you more.
