Here's some good news: level 24 in Roboblox is the hardest level in the game.
Level 24 is bs and has nothing to do with difficulty, just sheer luck. Please please prove me wrong with a video, because I feel like even with the "optimal strategy" it's just retrying like a madman until you get that lucky run.
Hence the bad news.
I hope the ASCII map turns out well like it does in the preview...

First layout is the typical one that I go for. I usually end up with excess amounts of red 4 blocks, in which case I'll just shelve them in another corner (due to linking priority, top right is recommended). It is also fairly small yet practical, allowing you to deal with fluctuations with the blocks you receive, which may or may not screw you over anyways.
The second layout shows variations on what you can do, both in the inner 3x3 square, and the corner 3x3 squares. These variations allow you to wipe out more red 4 blocks than the typical layout, but the tradeoff is that they're a bit more risky, since you're not guaranteed a steady supply of blue 2 blocks and green 1 blocks.
Other notes:
-- I use the smart blocks as blue 2 blocks. They usually don't hurt.
-- Once you put down a block in a space, it does not go away until you make a complete group out of it. Unless linking issues will cause problems, try to put your blocks in spaces that your planned complete group will occupy.
-- Say that you're one block away from victory, but you get the wrong type of block. Just put the block down in the empty space and hope the right one shows up. You can just replace the wrong block with the right block and finish that way.
--Learn the linking priorities, and try not to stash blocks in an arrangement that makes clearing groups much harder than it should. For example, in the arrangement below, if you're missing a green 1 block for the lower left corner of the inner 3x3 square, it's extremely unwise to stash an extra block in the upper left corner of the bottom left 3x3 square (marked by X).
