Nevermind, got it after trying everything.

Challenging game. Anybody have tips?
I have no idea how to beat the last boss though, I always die while he still has half of his HP left.

The boss itself isn't very threatening, but it's the hoard of enemies that spawn that will really decimate your health. Therefore, just avoid the regular spawns while focus-firing the boss.

It's going to be an uphill battle at first, but collect all the scrap that you can. Buy your weapon of choice and armor. Sell your armory, because I doubt you'll need it anymore. Then set up two healing stations at the opposite corners of the map, and set up a kill zone in the middle. Don't expect the kill zone to appreciably reduce their numbers much at first, but at least it will provide you with extra scrap in case you need more healing stations or stronger healing stations.

Rest and heal at the healing stations, but if the hoard comes, just run.

Actually I just noticed that a section of the floor doesn't have spikes, so it is possible to read the message without dying.

Gunning down Uzaza doesn't count as "killing a living creature with your weapon", but reflecting a shot into Gyossait for the first time does? (hence the medal order in my profile) lolwut

There's a message beyond one of the keys. I haven't been able to see the message without dying though.

Where is this message? What level or place in the game is the location?

Here's some good news: level 24 in Roboblox is the hardest level in the game.

Now for some bad news: level 24 in Roboblox is the hardest level in the game.

Level 24 is bs and has nothing to do with difficulty, just sheer luck. Please please prove me wrong with a video, because I feel like even with the "optimal strategy" it's just retrying like a madman until you get that lucky run. Or maybe the author updated the game, but that seems unlikely.

Well done though, for the first 23 levels I had fun playing the game, but after 1 hour of level 24 I couldn't stand the game anymore.

Plus, the few "me" hours I have this week, I want to spend playing Twilight Princess. God I can't wait for next week.

Hence the bad news.

I hope the ASCII map turns out well like it does in the preview...

First layout is the typical one that I go for. I usually end up with excess amounts of red 4 blocks, in which case I'll just shelve them in another corner (due to linking priority, top right is recommended). It is also fairly small yet practical, allowing you to deal with fluctuations with the blocks you receive, which may or may not screw you over anyways.

The second layout shows variations on what you can do, both in the inner 3x3 square, and the corner 3x3 squares. These variations allow you to wipe out more red 4 blocks than the typical layout, but the tradeoff is that they're a bit more risky, since you're not guaranteed a steady supply of blue 2 blocks and green 1 blocks.

Other notes:
-- I use the smart blocks as blue 2 blocks. They usually don't hurt.
-- Once you put down a block in a space, it does not go away until you make a complete group out of it. Unless linking issues will cause problems, try to put your blocks in spaces that your planned complete group will occupy.
-- Say that you're one block away from victory, but you get the wrong type of block. Just put the block down in the empty space and hope the right one shows up. You can just replace the wrong block with the right block and finish that way.
--Learn the linking priorities, and try not to stash blocks in an arrangement that makes clearing groups much harder than it should. For example, in the arrangement below, if you're missing a green 1 block for the lower left corner of the inner 3x3 square, it's extremely unwise to stash an extra block in the upper left corner of the bottom left 3x3 square (marked by X).

Thanks for the post. Unfortunately, that is exactly how I played the game (so I guess it's pretty much the optimal strategy for the level). Guess all there is left to do is spend time on it and hope to get lucky. =)

I reached the last level in Dangerous Dungeons by 13:30 with 5 deaths. Only to fall down to my death 3/4ths of the way through.

For the people who hadn't seen it before, here's my guide.

Unrelated, but how long ago were the "i'm literate" and the "I'm illiterate" medals removed from seed of destruction?

I've made a list of the video medal guides I could find. Anyone mind take a quick look to see if I'm missing one of your video guides?

Word from the street was that PG thought this was discriminatory against people that just like to jump into games without reading anything. And it was also apparently impossible to get both of them if you didn't open two windows at once to do it. Good riddance I say.

I remember seeing those two back when I was a bumbling NG newbie. But when I started my medal spree, they were gone.

That's pretty gravy! I believe you have all of my videos, so I don't have much else to say in terms of corrections.

Awesome. I wish I had known so I hadn't wasted like 4 hours getting there O.o.

Level 19 actually. Yeah, that's complete bullshyt and it's not possible to beat. Level 20 in comparison looks really tame.

I've sent the author a PM.

Says it will have 10 medals soon.

The previous one had approved medals, so I guess this one will get them too.

Agreed. It's a fun concept. I think Tom personally saw to this one happening.

This game comes in second place at 1005 points. It's not exactly a quality piece of work or anything though.

It's not hard. There are several ways to get it, depending on the ability you have selected for the level. With the clock, turn it on near the puffs, then go forward on the screen. If you time it right you will be able to trip the thwomp to fall, as it does, move to the back of the screen, until you can safely get to the musical note..
