Nothing left to do but to do it. Assuming you do perfectly, you can shave off a few seconds for each of the listed times, which means it could be possible to do the whole Time Attack in 14:30. Only a couple of the medals work in this one... I've been noticing a lot of games have broken medals lately. For example in this one I got 4 medals in-game, but only 2 real medals. Is the medal system more wonky than usual, or is it something on my end?

I was able to obtain 5 medals in game and they all ended up on my profile, so I have no idea. I don't think the medals are optional for that game, aside from one, so it is odd that half of them didn't work for you. I did play it last night though.

It's gotta be something on your end, Ricky. I've gotten all the medals (or at least until they're all visible), and have noticed others have gotten them as well. Maybe play through the game again? I've noticed they send again when you play, no matter if you had them or not.

Damn, I was afraid of that... I've been having some Flash issues due to a recentish update, and I guess maybe it's causing some communication problems or something. I'll have to see if maybe I can roll back to a previous version or something. I know that Lab of the Dead's medals were a damned nightmare for me... I still think I'm missing some, and the game won't resend them even though it had been good about that in the past.

Last night one of my dreams involved playing a medal game that involved eating an apple off a stick, except the apple was made of oatmeal. The medal was worth 5 points.

It is indeed very difficult. So far, I can't win with any of the characters. The hints are not helpful either- my character can't attack quickly enough, it seems like the controls are very sloppy. Will have a hard time earning those medals.

Thank you very much! I think I understand the mechanics now better thanks to the videos. Basically, it is like the other games from the author, you have to have an extremely good timing. I got the first medal now with Robo Jesus. Thanks :3

Thanks for the walkthrough, Knuck. After about a million tries (and a lot of frustrated cursing), I did end up beating the game with The Beast. I'm satisfied enough with that, so I most likely won't go back to try it with the other characters.

Nice to see Knuckstrike putting out videos!

Me and the senior design group just went on an AutoCAD marathon that puts the general AutoCAD classes to shame. It doesn't look like I'll be able to get a breather until Friday at least, so see you guys until then.

And I'm getting newfound respect for engineers. Normal people will probably never care, but the attention to detail is excrutiating, like finding a needle in a haystack.

Does anyone know the different weapons that will rip the jaw off in Lab of the Dead? I managed to get it to work with the baseball bat, crowbar, and fan. I have tried using the stick over and over but I had no luck.

The stick should work. You need to hit the zombie's head 10 times with the stick.
The boxing gloves rip its jaw off too.

It's actually pretty easy if you play survival mode and try to obtain the medals that way. It'll take you a few tries, resetting the level and just spending scrap on whatever achievement you're trying to get. After that, the surviving 2 minute medal is simple if you just spend the cash on the machine guns and upgrading them all the way (I arranged them in a circle and stood in the middle and survived for around 3 minutes or so, enough to get the medal).

I haven't finished the game yet though, so I haven't got any tips for that.

I can't beat the last boss, but here%u015B what you have to do to complete the other levels and survival:

My best weapon was always the rocket launcher. I almost never spawned turrets, because you need to move consantly in the later levels, and the first few aren't difficult without them.
Don't try to defeat enemies for the money. You only need enough to buy the best rocket launcher, and if you want a bit for the armour and healing. But most importantly, if you do a level quick enough the high level enemies won't spawn. You can defeat all the easy enemies with one or two rockets, thus giving them no chance to get even near you.

On the last pre-boss level, all I did was run towards all four machines with my rocket launcher, and while activating them shooting every enemy. Only one helicopter got the chance to spawn, and I was able to walk from machine to machine without too much trouble bcause I was fast enough to go to them without having most of the difficult troops spawned.

I have no idea how to beat the last boss though, I always die while he still has half of his HP left.

Has anyone gotten the final 100 point medal in gyossait yet?

I haven't tried yet, but I saw somebody else had it, and it deals with not using your gun on humans during the game.

I think that's the point of the medal, you will die if you want to read the entire message.

The 100pt one is easy, just don't use a gun (except in the one part you HAVE to shoot a wall to proceed). If you're having trouble getting past certain enemies, just remember you are still allowed to use your shield. When you reach the boss this time, it will be a bit different. There will be other enemies this time, so you can just reflect their bullets to hit the boss. You will receive a different ending as well.

Got the Curiouser and Curiouser medal now, as well as the 100 pointer. Thanks fellas. :)
