I've spent the last 2 hours trying to find the names for them. The fire Emblem guys I know who they are but the names dont work does anyone have all of them and would not mind helping me out
"Ike" is the one from the fire emblem series; but for most people he's better known from the super smash brother game for the wii.
Two names for the portal game are: "Chell", and the "companion cube"
killzone: helghast
halo: arbiter, brute, cortana
turock: raptor
Okay, I have a few ideas for a medal or two. But before I blindly rush through and cause my medal scores to become illegitimate, I should clear this up with you guys.
Replacing a .sol file with another .sol file that has not been edited outside of playing the game associated with it. Then play the game. Good or bad?
Off-topic: I like tinkering with stuff, and computer things are not an exception. My biggest exploit was cracking the encryption of a certain online MMO and extracting everything for my own personal viewing pleasure, and fulfilling requests for friends.

Well, do you mean obtaining saved games from other players who have cleared difficult checkpoints or something similar? That clearly is cheating. ( I have previously been approached for shady deals regarding such .sol file trading) But if it's something like getting different endings for beating the boss differently and you don't want to replay the game from scratch each time, then yeah, I don't see why not. Anyhow, backing up your own saved games can't be a crime.
If you can crack an MMO game, I suppose your computer know-how is pretty good. Just refrain from tinkering with the .sol themselves ok? ;)

Oh, the thought of obtaining .sol files from others didn't occur to me. No, that is definitely cheating and can be considered plagiarism of sorts.
The main purpose of the method I outlined is to bypass derpy shyt that the authors forgot to remove (similar to saving a backup, but not entirely), and/or to load up an old game that was played from another website. I have no idea if the latter actually works though.

I only play web/flash games on NG, so I don't know about that. But we might have ethical issues if, for example, an author makes the Kong version easier than the NG version, but the .sol file works interchangeably. Hmmm...

Try ''L BLOCK'', ''I BLOCK'', and other letters before the word ''block''

I'm not entirely sure about easier =/ But the later upload tends to be the better one, whether it's because of bug fixes (Sonny 2 had a glitch where you got extra stats for respeccing, lol, but now it also seizes up less) or because he's implemented user suggestions.
At any rate, I'm only doing this as a last resort only. Thanks for the input queen ;p
1k floors climbed in Tower of Greed is turning out to be extremely grindy. I've done everything else before hitting the 500 floor mark =(

Time to play a game. What's wrong with the following picture?
Alright... It's not perfect, but it should have all 212 game characters for "Name that Pkemon".

Oeh thanks! I figured them all out yesterday, but when I got my 200th character, my internet died for maybe 20 seconds, so I didn't get the 100 pts medal. I think I'll remember like 150 of them, but I wasn't looking forward to doing the wiki/google thing again.
I really enjoyed that game though.

Does anyone else find this game really hard to control?
Deploy the... it's a yellow button... it's usually flashing... it makes the engines go... whoosh!
Anyone know what this is? I've encountered it before, but it's not on EdyKel's list and the Internet has gotten me nowhere.

It's Jynx. It's a Pokemon.

Absolutely. Especially when there's a tree you have to chop up that's right at the edge of one of the platforms. It's a fun idea, but too darn frustrating to keep playing (at least for me).

It amazes me how I was able to immediately get all 20+ pokemon correct. I was really into it when I was younger (esp the trading card game), didn't quite expect them to still be at my fingertips now.

If no one says otherwise, I'll dedicate the day to trying to get "Ultimate Warlord".

I don't see what you mean. But that might be because I've never played that game before.

At first yes it was hard to control but after playing it for like 15min I got all of the badges except for 2 the 10 knight kills and the power up one. Don't use the mouse the arrow buttons and c key work better and when jumping if there is a try and its going to be under you aim your lance down and attack right before you hit the tree and if your jumping and its right infront of you aim the lance straight and attack right before you would hit it again DONT use the mouse the arrow keys and C key work so much better

I don't know about others, but it took me a couple of hours - without all the distraction I had when trying to play it.

Well, something similar may pop up on pico day...
I'm wondering, what's the "average" medal score for other games? i.e. What's a good medal count, or a good medal score?

The biggest factor may be how much quality your game has, how much replay value, and whether you're a reputable author. Maybe. Games with 400-600 points are great ones, while the ones with even more points are supposedly monuments to Newgrounds history. Some examples of the latter are Megadev's Bomboozle 2 (I honestly didn't think it was that great, but the author himself is good in general) , JAZZA's Larry and the Gnomes, Evil-Dog's Road of the Dead, jmbt02's Achievement Unlocked 2 (1250 medal points!!), and most recently, Go0gley's Line Runner 2 (NG API abuse).

I still don't get how it abuses the API. Could someone elaborate on this for me?
Deploy the... it's a yellow button... it's usually flashing... it makes the engines go... whoosh!
Edit: I meant jmtb02, not jmbt02 >.< Well, one of them.
While I'm making another post...
The majority of the games have less than 400 points, and of those games, half have less than 150.
I have an Excel sheet that I use to track my medals progress on all the games. According to that, the average medal points per game is 255.294. The range is 5 points to 1250 points.
