Does anyone know if you use the bow in Bob the Barbarian, does it invalidate going for the beat-without-dying medal? I was able to attain the others in the game with the bow, makes it a hell of a lot easier...

to be honest i havent tried... but i think it would still be classed as using a bow seen as you have to press the sheild button to use it... im not sure if using the sheild (without getting hit with it) counts... you should be able to do it without using the sheild... just run past everything and kill the people around the bosses *and kill the archers for extra lives*.. :3

Just a tip: You can jump over every sword enemy in the game. If you time your jumps right, you can jump over his sword swing and run past him. For the archers you can simply parry their arrows and for the mace enemies you´ll have to find a way to get higher up because you can´t jump over their attacks. Usually there is a brick or a table around.

I can avoid every enemy attack.... parry the arrows from archers and you can jump through the swords *alot easyer then maces but you can jump through maces as well* athough just avoiding them due to higher ground is sometimes the easyest option... ciao
Castle crashing the beard is a fun game but I think there needs to come a new game (kinda like Alkie Kong 2 and Portal defenders where the medals are more varied)
But I'm not complaining, thanks to these medal updates I can play games again that I haven't played in a long time :)

For Barbarian Bob: You can get the parry 5 times medal quite easily. Just find an archer. His arrows are easy to parry. Invincibob can be gained easily by running and jumping past all the enemies. You can jump over the strikes of the sword and mace enemies. For the archers I would suggest using your shield.
Thing Thing Arena 3 is just a matter of patience. Hundred kills for each weapon is not so hard. Only for the acid grenade launcher perhaps. For that I would suggest the dungeon level and hide in the bottom left corner of the map in the cave. Keep shooting grenades at the entrance and grab the ammo boxes that respawn in front of you.
The other games you asked for are mostly a matter of practice.

Beat the game once. don't close it and start a new game. It's how I got mine.

I disagree. I like it when the medal are damn well near impossible to get. Makes the 100 points worth it.
