Not Broken: Rewarded!, c-c-c-combo!
Broken: Casual fun, monster kill.
Can you post your achievements and wether or not you've got the medal? So we can see what medals are broken.

For the coffee screen, just copy the ingame link into another window. I have no idea how it works, but it's awesome. Regarding the mouse wheel and stuff, itall works, you're just not doing it right. =)
About Gravinaytor, the Still Alive medal is either broken (which is unlikely because the author has it), or you can't even pause the game to get it. I just skipped a commercial break on a podcast, and after beating the game without dying, I didn't get the medal. If anyone has some info about this post it here, since I'm not 100% sure.
Sorry for the double post. I just beat Gravinaytor without clicking outside the screen, and I got hte Still Alive medal. Again I'm not sure this is the reason it didn't work at first, but at least I know for a fact the medal isn't broken.
