A few things for "Heart of Ice":
For the alternative boss fight medals you can get them by do the criteria for them in the Arena fights.
Epic is only found in arena fights, I believe. You can only unlock them by by finding secrets in the game. I only found two so far:
Tim the Pirate: You can find this on the level "The upper Spires" going right from the left. This is a secret stage which you can only access from previous stage by activating the lift to the left at the start of the stage. I don't remember the name of the stage, but it's right after the 2nd boss fight, with Ishmael.
The Watcher: I think this can be found in the stage at the very end of the game, after the mini-game "Ice Quest", where you interact with small stone eye in a large boulder in the middle of the level.
There are 6 relics in the game to find. I don't remember their names, because I found most of them in my first playthrough, and they don't show up in the 2nd play-through after collected. I only remember where 5 of them are, and I'll list them as so:
1. The first one can be found in the Cavernside Crawler Tunnel. There's a hidden entrance right of the first trampoline you encounter, which goes into a small room.
2. This is in "floatsome and Derelict, the stage that you crashed your boat. At the start of it, go left and through the wall.
3. This one is in the stage "The Disrembered tunnel" It's after the first boss fight, and after the lift scene. Destroy the first rock you see to find the pick.
4. The shield relic is found on a platform at the top left of the "Central ventilation shaft" stage.
5. This last relic, the flag, is found in a secret stage ( the same one where you find the epic pirate secret). You can find this stage by going left from the start and hitting the lift switch to go up, from the stage right after the 2nd boss battle.
6. I don't remember where this one is at all. I think it's in one of the stages before the first boss fight.
