Not sure. I think you have to get a 20 hit combo; and that's easy to do with the submachine gun. The rest of the medals, or many of them, can be got from buying out scrolls, hand Justus, swords, and projectile weapons.

It is for a 15 hit combo.
Use Electrocute on 3 enemies at once until they die, you will get it and Cold Blooded Killer (20 hits).
There are 10 medals total.
- 5 point combo
- 10 point combo
- 15 point combo
- 20 point combo
- Buy all Swords
- Buy all Guns
- Buy all Orbs
- Beat the game
- Kill a ninja with a gas canister
- Use the special kill triggers in levels a certain number of times. These can be found on the far right and either require a projectile, a sword slash or just walking over them to trigger. They clear all combatants on a level.

It's crazy hard to kill the second boss (the floating one) in Heart of Ice.
So yeah, Heart of Ice is gonna be difficult... I'm at the final Watcher battle and I just don't have enough HP for the random explosions and massive orbs.

Bah, he isn't that bad.
Shoot in front of him (herp derp?).
The ghosts will always travel towards the other half of the level (land on the right, go left).
He swings the giant blue balls behind his head before they fall, so you can dodge them pretty easy.
Reversed controls/screen for the lulz.
The first few battles with The Watcher are really hard and really easy, he always shoots slightly behind you, so just keep moving smart like, but the flying boulders killed me quite often. The 3rd battle gets reallllllly difficult.
