Can somebody help me with the "finding all chests in town" medal on EBF? I'm assuming its just the first town of 6 screens, looked around pretty good. Found that secret one near the top right of the inn, the chests in the old house in the bottom right, and the one beside the equip shop. Only one I can see is the chest in the equip shop, but no way of getting there?

You can go round the back of the shops. Walk between them like an alley way and then go left and right.

but if you ever need to find a chest, look in my guide. i detail ALL of their locations.
there's also the locked house, but you need the Old Key first.

What sort armours should I be wearing to the protector boss? I'm dying almost immediately as he can wipe out all 3 characters in one round. So I cant damage him at all really.

bomb resist clothes and thunder elemental weapons should do it.

Start out with maxing out syphon. Use it so that the rock runes so they cant use their annoying skills.Also be sure to max out the blizzard sword.

i see no use for the blizzard sword. use the Dragon Killer, it has thunder resistance and the Protector is weak against it.
also, whenever he charges, use Dispel.

Any tips for summoning a narwal and dealing 100K? I'm assuming thats just using a level 5 limit break on the first leafy opponent but haven't tried.

GOT IT!! I used the Dragon killer with legend for Matts attacks. I didnt try out the blizzard sword but im sure it works too :P

give almost all of your Bacons to Matt, get to level 30, fully level up Soul Eater, Ninja Gear and Viking Helmet for massive Attack boosts, go fight a level 0 Bush in the forest, use Lance's fully-powered Debilitate, then have Nat give Matt a beer and have Matt use Soul Eater's unleash attack.
you might need to get a critical hit though.

Yeah ive checked yours and it helped slightly. Im still dying whenever he casts doomsday though so i can only last up to 3 turns atm. I really suck at this game lol

Max out them level, max out Lance's Nuke Limit Break, and nuke the Lv0 bushes. I did 230k damage to them.

Should be 30, but if you start a New Game+, there's an option for "No level limit", which will remove the current level limit I suppose.

The Genji Armor actually gives a higher attack boost than the Ninja Gear. I still couldn't do 100k damage without a critical hit though, so you will need some luck. But you'll probably get it quickly using this method.

You do not necessarily have to use every piece of bacon on Matt by the way, but it is good to give most to him.

If you mean the officer uniform, yes. The captain stuff is the default clothing for Matt if I remember correctly.

You will have to get to the teleport stone first before you can get there.

Might be less trouble if you already got Lance's limit break bar maxed out. If you still need to fill it up completely, I think you better go for the method with Matt.

In any case, it's not a hard medal to get if you know what to do.

Yeah this seems to be the easiest way. I made it a bit more fun by using Kyun first, and then Nuke, for 300k+ damage. Once again it was a lot of fun playing an EBF game. I had more trouble beating the game on normal mode than I had beating it on epic, because my strategy was way better on epic mode. I think this game really deserves to be ranked #1 in the all-time top scoring list. Very well done, Matt!

no. go to the Glacier Valley after you've collected the red orbs and teleport to the desert. the crystal there is after the gate.

Just max out Souleater and in battle buff down a bush and then add matt attack and magic attack to him and then use the souleater unleash capability.

Is that hard??

Yeah if you click the walkthrough button in game, theres a section on figuring out secret medals. Would never have gotten that narwhal medal otherwise lol.
