It doesn't work on floor 1. Only Floor 2. I think he was by a slot machine in the center/east part of the room.

I go to the "Guess wich cup the ball is". I bet 10.000, and on MOST of the time, the ball seems to be on the left cup. Then, I bet 30.000 (That's how much you will have after winning), and choose the middle one (then again, not always it is right).
Risky, but gives you a good 90.000 $. If you bet 10.000 again, then you already have acess to floor 4 in less than a minute of playing!

That quickdraw game has at least 45 medals...
...although it only takes two plays to get them all. 5 mins each, only 1/2 difficult levels. I might be missing a one or two. Couldn't find the easter egg on the clown.

It's about as reasonable as his 1000 kill medal in Bear Knuckle Frenchy Fist Fight. I'm guessing he gave himself those medals by replacing his game with something else for a short time.
