We are a great many who hate poor medal handling and bad games. We all blam every day we can make our point. Then we can always use it as a reference in future games to warn authors they better shape up or ship out.

I dont know either. But before you enlarge the lift buttons there is a grey button where the 5th floor should show up. I guess you have to do something in game to unlock it

Im playing through Trick and Treat Adventure. Trying to get the speed run medal, but where does it unlock? The end game scene is so long! It takes up most of the 15 minutes itself! (slight exaggeration)

I found out the hard way but you need a fast computer for it. Otherwise, those cut scenes will be much, much longer than they really are; and you won't be be to get the speed run medal no matter how fast you get through the game.

I used a timer. It was taking me about 15/16 minutes. The cut scenes take up so much of that time. Waiting for the spider and the whole bit with the devil took ages. I got it now but only JUST made it within 15 mins

Indeed that's a really silly bug. You can practically make an unlimited amount of money without running any risks.
Not that it matters much for the medals because there isn't anyone that requires you to win $1,000,000 or anything but still... it's easy to make your up to the highscore list.
FYI: the zero-point medal in Reincarnation: LTETR is now worth points.
