Is the medal system broken or something?

Trying to view anybodys medals returns this line of code

"Type id is AD_ERROR_TYPE Can't show anything?"

So I finished 25 levels from the rings (all under par in all three categories), and now I have the two outer yellow levels left, but there's nothing in them when I click to enter. Anyone know what's up with that?

Also I was right about the Champion medal being broken.

Eh, this used to happen to me a lot...it's just a temporary thing.
Also, that new game is so-so....dunno if I'll have the patience to vote on 100 maps...get sub par on all levels, even less so.

I can't beat leve 23. The one with the red, 2 blue, and the purple. And yeah, I have no clue what's up with those two yellows.

You need to get the blue to loop around the bottom and the red to loop around the top so they both meet up at the white, and then give the white something to fire with. I'll put up a screenshot for you tonight.

You need to get the blue to loop around the bottom and the red to loop around the top so they both meet up at the white, and then give the white something to fire with. I'll put up a screenshot for you tonight.

I had them both looped around the bottom and they met at the purple and the purple acted as a road block and stopped them both.

Also, getting under par for even the second level takes at least 20 tries and a little luck. I doubt anyone will legitimately get the champion medal without spending around 10 hours on this game.

I'm legitimately under par on everything for the first 25 levels after all of 3 hours. So there :P

Also, I sent the programmer a message with the following three issues:

- Two outer yellow levels left, with nothing to do in them. What's next?

- Under par medals aren't sending. What's up with that?

- Memory leak, after playing for a while the game just constantly allocates memory. Que pasa?

We'll see what if anything he responds with.

You do know, that you have to complete all 3 at the same time, right? I'm just telling you this so you don't find out later. It goes by the current run, not best, which is what I hoped it would do.

Someone said earlier that you can do it on different runs? At any rate, the only one I'm missing out on then is level 3; I did everything else on the same run, so I'm in the clear. Level 3 took me forever to figure out how to do it with only 4 gravity wells, which then allows removing two rapidly at the end to get under par. Just need to get that one done all 3 at once, and then I'll have all levels done like that.

The way I do it is to figure out how to solve the level, then I put my fingers on the screen where the gravity wells are supposed to go. Then I retry the level and put the wells down as quickly as possible. It takes luck out of the equation, all you're left with then is speed.

Also, he sent me back a message indicating he's working on the game, mostly on the memory leak. So he's doing stuff on it. I'll keep everyone here posted on our conversation.

Just be happy that they bothered to put medals in the game.

I agree with both of you. One really shouldn't complain, but then again, a medal game shouldn't have medals that don't work.

Well, "Lazy" still isn't working for me, Primary is still massively bugged for me, and now eon is bugging out too. Small wonder I'm in a ranting mood.

Oh hey, I just posted, refreshed my user page and the lazy medal is there. I had the game loaded in some window, but I wasn't even touching it. Downright weird.

I can't get any of the rate medals despite rating like 20 boards now, and my data just completely reset itself for no reason at all. I'm really confused, I don't know what I could have done. Maybe because I submitted a level or because I clicked browse levels in the game instead of selecting the level from the lists below the game. Kind of frustrating. It's an okay game though, and I guess I'd have to replay most of the levels to get under par anyways - but still annoying. Anybody else had this bug?

The dude verified that he forgot to add the last two levels to the game. Kind of a weird thing to have someone say.

I tried to replicate whatever caused me to lose my data but I couldn't. So I have no idea...

I beat time on one run, matter lost on another one, and amount of wells used on a third one and still got the Junior medal. I'm also sure that I did not beat it under par on the same run any of the times.

That's odd. Because I did the same thing for the first level and didn't get it. I even checked my profile after. Once I did them all 3 on one run, I got it.

Just curious if anybody has got the two broken medals from mechanical commando 2? The boss one doesn't even seem to work for me...

So the last 2 levels are in for EON, and I've finished them (they're really fun, but annoying to under-par), and still no under par love. I'm trying to convince him a medal resend button is worthwhile.

If this is the level you mean, the solution is not quite what's below, but it's something along those lines. I solved this yesterday at work, but I can't quite get the gravity wells in the right position today, so the best I can offer is the general idea of the solution rather than the actual solution.

That's not helping me at all. It's not even coming close to completion.

I tried for 20 minutes messing around with those positions and never came close to being able to get it lined up.

If anyone can post a working screenshot of level 25, that would be appreciated.

Did Tom release the fucking medal system? There's 2 new games coming out every day.

I just had the game glitch to always advance my level, so I got the Superman medal without having to earn it. I also learned that flips and deaths don't seem to carry over from game to game, at least not if it's glitching you forward, so you have to do them all in the same game. Of course, dying a lot is what seemed to make it glitch for me in the first place...

Should be a pretty quick medal game though. Doesn't seem that hard just a bit of practice involved for the Superman medal (if it doesn't glitch on you).
