Managed to do an almost perfect run and got 1:15 and a gold medal. Now I'm stuck on 2-6 on hard, and damn that level is hard on normal difficulty I beat it through pure luck. Any tips, unlike 5-6 I'm pretty clueless how to beat this one properly.

That level is a pain in the ass on hard! From the beginning, jump down and onto the slippy mud floor. Right before you land, tap right so that you don't have any horizontal momentum. Then jump again, which will be a high jump over the cannon shot to grab onto the block with the fish box.

The next part with the cannons is tricky, and requires a bit of luck. The idea is to climb the edge of the platforms *right* before the cannons shoot. One trick I found is that you can glitch your way to the top of the platform on the right by jumping on top of the lower left cannon a bit. This is good if you get the fish box, but get hit by a cannon and fall.

From there, make sure you wipe yourself off if you are wet. Just take downward ramp patiently, avoiding cannon shots. You should be able to get it if you just keep trying.

One trick I found is that you can glitch your way to the top of the platform on the right by jumping on top of the lower left cannon a bit.

That should be, you can glitch your way to the top of the platform on the *left* by jumping on the cannon below it. You'll telelport to the top if you hit it right.

hey i told before i have that time cause the game has a glitch move the mouse to the number of fishhead packs that u have and u can change it

that glitch make the game extremely easy just move the mouse over the number of fisheads and write anything and you will have the redman active

God I must suck at this game...

I feel like crying. I finally saw a video walkthrough for the M1A Rifle Skill challenge, and in the video walkthrough the first stack of boxes has 4 boxes, the second stack has 3 boxes, and the third stack has 2 boxes.

My stack has 4 boxes on the first, 3 boxes on the second, and 3 boxes AGAIN on the third stack.

I've tried clearing my Cache but it's the same! :'( What can I do to 'update' my version of the game?

you know what...getting platinum on hard mode isn't as hard as i thought...as when you reach the red guy is a insta-gold.

So much for hard mode. I must say that the Seppuku Tower on hard mode made me want to commit suicide a few times, so it lives up to his name. The ending scene is totally worth the pain though :D

Going to upload my video walkthrough for hard mode tomorrow, now it's time for some sweet sleep.

Okay, now l officially hate you.You got the hardest medal of the game (and one of the hardest on NG) using a glitch, and now nobody can use it...qite frankly, l think that you should get your medal (read: YOUR MEDAL, just SS) deleted...

Also, l got most of the Level Up! medals...really nice game, should've playied it earlier.

I am convinced that getting all platinum on easy (let alone on hard). Is gosh-darningly near impossible.

Personally, I think the-swain may have used that fish head glitch on a few levels. As well as a few of the people who beat medium mode. But now after looking at the highscores, I am not so sure about that. Seeing as two people who clearly did are over a minute better than him.

Had I known about it when I was beating hard mode, I wouldn't have used it at that time though. It does seem like it would help a large deal with time though.

A few levels that had many boxes took a few tries to do, but boxes were never a big issue for me personally. But I still think it was incredibly unfair that people were able able to manipulate the number and run to the exit.

Yesterday, I tried the glitch out on ONE level, and it certainly did increase my hard completion time from the day before. On a few levels that would take almost 50 seconds, you can pretty much get them done in 20. Look at my post from then, and then check the current time score I have. That change was all from one level. And there are countless levels that make you go out of your way for boxes.

My original time score was only better than one person, and that was Mike. And personally, I have no clue how people are beating the two scores we got so badly. I mean, it was ridiculously hard. The only level I could had made some time on was the last level and the huge obstacle level on tier 4. And I never wanted to look at those levels again.

Am I the only one who thinks 1-2 is the hardest level in tier 1, followed closely by speed runs on 1-1?

how do you beat level 2-6 (the crater) on hard? it's a major pain in the ass with all these damn cannons.

I doubt a programmer would allow a glitch they were fully aware of to stay in the game, only to remove it later.

Hey! I'm one of those people!
Think outside the box a little. Look at it this way:
You spend an hour perfecting a course and shave off 2-3 seconds. I find a quicker way of completing a course - shortcuts and the like - and I can cut a whole 10-20 seconds off my time.
I know it doesn't mean much because you don't know me, but I assure you that I never used the exploit to save time. And I'll be happy to share my times with The-Swain to clear my name.

But not with anyone else, or else I hint at which levels I managed to cut corners in

In other news, I've been going through the levels again, improving my times. I completed 'worlds' (for lack of a better name) 1 to 3, and to hell with the others.
But this morning, someone had came out of nowhere with a better score than me (bar the second person with a time of about 20 mins). Anyway, since my hand was forced, I just beat my 4-3 time of 1:30 with a beautiful time of 1:12! Eighteen whole seconds of time-cutting goodness!
No secret passages or anything, which is why I'm happy to divulge. I'm actually quite close to The-Swain's time now!

I find the whole first tier hard. I spent ages trying to get platinum on tier 1 on EASY. I can't even pass 1-1 on hard :|

I had massive problems with 1-1 on hard, it was certainly one of the harder levels for me. Don't despair it will get easier and then there will be some moderately hard levels, and when you get to the Colosseum you're fucked.

Agreed. When I started hard, I finished 1-1 on hard with less than a second left, and it took me ages to get even that.
However, I then saw JohnnyUtah's run of it on normal, and noticed a few new tricks which can be ported over to hard mode.
Now I can finish it with relatively little difficulty and still have seconds to spare.

wait, so i gotta jump down, then jump up in the first platform and before i land tap right. then, jump in the block and then into the other floor with the cannons. then, i climb the lower left cannon so i'll glitch and land on the leftmost, large platform, and jump to the platform with the box, cereful not to fall. then, go back and dry myself in case i'm wet on the large platform, and walk, but not run, in the big, plain stairs to catch the fish boxes and keep walking until i reach the red guy? am i missing something? i'm dying on the plain stairs.

The times says 00:00:00 but I didn't die and I still can continue to play the level
