(1.)How many TOTAL waves are there in Portal Defenders so I know I've died enough times?

(1b.)For example, would the first wave be Wave I: Kitty Krew Killa (die there, start game again) Then when you beat Wave I, would the part where Big Fuzzy Kitten appears also be a 'wave' where you have to die, even though it does not specifically pop up in big letters like it did for "Wave I: Kitty Krew Killa"?
I guess, in short, when enemies appear without bosses, those count as a wave? Then when the other enemies appear WITH the boss or bosses, that is another wave?

(2.) And do you have to Nose Dive with only ONE character, and without closing the window?
(2b.)Can you Nose Dive with say one character to get to a certain point, then use another to Nose Dive the last slightly-harder waves?

All bosses and their minions count for 1 wave, except for the moderators. Those have two headlines in the newspaper, one for the regular mods and one for the boss battle.

You can use as many characters you like and even close the window and continue at a later point.

No, the first enemies and the 'boss wave' count as the same wave. To get the achievement for dying in all waves you got to die once in Wave 1, once in Wave 2, once in Wave 3, once in the first 2 parts of Wave 4, Another one in Wave 4(during the boss fight, this one is the only exception) and die in the Final Boss.

No idea. I think you can do it with any caracters you want.

Thanks. Aside from motivation you will also need: time, quick reflexes, perseverance, and the discipline to stop from wanting to punching a hole in the monitor after many failed attempts... I was on the verge of quitting half way through because of level 12's insane randomness, but after analyzing the level I found some "safe spots" I could use to even the odds out. Good luck if you ever get around to do it.

Sounds pretty much like me when I first played on Brutal mode. I think Alkie Kong 2 is the most difficult game I have ever in my life, I've never dedicated this much time and patience into a game, ever. So even though if it really is a waste of time, I'm pretty happy for me.

what?No, a wave is composed of 2 waves (exception made for the mods, wich is 2 waves, end wave, and then boss), a wave with enemies and a wave with a boss+enemies.

Anyway that game is easy as shit as soon as you manage to beat Wadofl the first time.
After the first time, you can own him anytime.
It;s easy, really.
Run around, get a few hits, run around, avoid the LAZOR, kill him.(if you need more details about each wave PM me or post here)

And wismty, congrats, l really don't know how the fuck can you beat the game without getting touched once, it is way beyod my understanding..and l thought drunked deity was only to beat the final boss in brutal..not the whole game!
If l should put a reasonable medal score to that medal, l would give in 500 or so, because it is WAY harder than completing that puzzle in NGpass 3...

Yes I do believe I've flooded the thread enough, it will have to be through PMs to you if I encounter any problems. I think I'll have to unlock & use April to beat Wadolf since those zombies defy all laws of zombification and kick my ass quite easily.

Lots of free time, and when I'm not in the field, (well, even when I'm sitting in my car I have my laptop with me) my boss lets me use my personal laptop (not the work PCs) to process data, and I use that time to do NG stuff at work. A reason I'm glad I finally decided to join this year is if I ever get bored, my mind runs in circles, thanks to PTSD.
So I always have to be doing something, every second of the day. NG helps immensely.

By "Beat the game on Impossible" in FU2, do they mean beat EVERY stage on Impossible, or just Stage 6? Cause I beat Stage 6 on impossible, but I didn't get it. And it still says I have a D on Stage 7 AKA Epilouge.

I did however get the Honor role Stage 6 medal after continuing the game so there's something!

You have to beat every level on impossible (1-6) to get the medal.

Reading Wylo's tips on how to delete your savegames pretty much gives away %95 of the deal. Knowing that the 'savegames', in a way, are the .sol files, well... what would someone edit if they wanted to cheat?

After a couple of tries, I was able to master all the boss fights but the last one. I'll keep trying to beat every single level without losing health, then I'll go for the no-dieing medals. If you need help with the bosses, jut ask. I may record the screen while playing to post a video-walkthrough if someone wants to.

I provide that information because there is not a a very easy way to delete only one save game. If developers put in even the simplest encryption, it would probably solve a lot of problems. But I guess if its causing problems, I'll take it down.

Actually I've updated an even simpler method to delete the save games although it will delete all the save games connected to NG games.

If you jump on either of the two levers, enemies won't be able to hurt you, also use stairs as covers when you see a bat coming or when Alkie is throwing barrels at you. ;)
