well, that sucks...

What I tried did in a hope to get Windows 98:

-Type 'Windows 98' in several places (i.e. pause menu, main menu, in game, ect.).

-Die 98 times.

-Click the fish 98 times.

-Click the tank under the boss cause it looks like a window(also clicked some fish tanks) (98 times).

-Went to the level select and selected level 3, 3 times to equal 9, then level 3 twice and level 2 once to equal 8. I though that the levels in the level select looked like windows.

-Held tab a lot to scroll through the click-able spots 98 times.

-Looked for a spot in game that said 'Windows 98'.

All of these failed... so yeah. :(

I still need 'heads up', 'Lights out', 'hole in one' and 'windows 98'. I didn't receive the NG medal for completing the game so I'll have to do it again :l

I might have to decompile to find out the rest...

I forgot to mention it in my previous post, but I also Googled 'Windows 98'. I figured I either had to download it or something like that, or I had to look for something with the Windows logo colors (blue, green, red, yellow).

Well yeah, thats why I said a couple posts ago that i tried clicking on the fish 98 times (I thought it was self-explanatory as to what I meant, as in he is made of glass and so are windows).

If you notice the background of the medals, they make up the colours to the Windows logo. Interesting...

ugh fish game is biggest bitch to play right now my computer is running like shit, author should have included a way to change quality :(

The person on Wylina's page doesn't have the correct medal, so he's probably wrong.

I don't understand your point. Purple which is the 100% medal is not in the Windows logo.

sorry for the confusion. Everything will be fixed by tomorrow afternoon. I had work all day while the game was launched so I wasn't able to fix things right away.

I took out the quality option at the very last minute and forgot that I made an achievement based on it. whoops. :P stupid mistake

Wanna know why I love this game? Because theres none of those bullshit "beat the game with/without ____" achievements.

In other news, does the author know that the "beat the game" medal doesn't work either? because he didn't mention fixing that. Or did it get fixed and I missed it.

I think he's just a mod, and I guess it just happened from what I see.

So, to sum it up: Hero medal is broken and nobody knows how to get WIndows 98....woot.

The author/creator JUST SAID ON THIS PAGE Windows 98 is a quality toggle medal, and quality toggling has been disabled within the game prior to release. A fix will come tomorrow.
