this shit is absurd.. i'm starting to get really pissed at how this game doesn't save or give me my medals after i've rebeaten everything I have beaten (except Mecha Death and Sakupen) on hard multiple times now. I've literally been redoing it over and over again for the past 3 days and it's starting to piss me off. fuck that.

Wow, this must really suck...also, you guys were right, fig.8 DOES give you a medal for completing the game...l got it too..but..is it normal for a game to give you a normal medal when the author or the game page don't mention it?
I mean, l don't want the authors to hide their medals now....

The game only gives you the medals one time if you don't get them the first time you have to restart your game.

Yesterday I beat the final boss in the woods with the ninja, the medal popped up, and it didn't register on my userpage. I tried it 3 times again, but this time using pop-up mode and since you can only get the medals one time I guess I'll never have it.

I believe the game saves after you close or refresh your game. Odd, isn't it? And I think if your gaming session goes on too long, it'll time out and won't save. You can tell if its been timed out if when you refresh, it says "You cannot link directly to the page"

Now I know how you feel, I defeat Mecha-Death and he took me an hour and the medal pop-up but it didn´t register on my account.
How you make that the game screen appear on the forum because I want to show.

Well I'm only complaining because it's a pain in the ass redoing everything.. The game is easy for me on hard. And both of the final bosses are easy as hell in my opinion. I can beat all the bosses easily without dying, it's just annoying redoing everything. The tower minigame isn't that hard either once you get a good strategy for it (PM me if you want one).

It's really my fault after all for leaving the game in the middle for a long time then coming back but there really should be a fix for that.. or like what matt-likes-swords does with the resend buttons, that could be a solution, but only if the game still saves it's progress so you can refresh and link back up with Newgrounds and then resend the medals. Bleh... such a flawed system.

that's it. i'm quitting dadgame.
mecha-death is IMPOSSIBLE. no matter how many times i dodge him, he grabs me and take 30 of my health. if i could recover, it'd be another story, but...oh well...

I also just beat the hard story but didn't get the medal even though the pop-up showed.

How can the medal system still be this flawed after being worked on for almost 3 months...unbelievable.

Just be patient and don't do anything risky. For HARD I suggest fighting the Final Weapon X in The Jungle because the Machine Gun used in the normal boss is harder to dodge. Only throw 1 or 2 (3 or for if you're On Fire or have no cops coming at you and you're good enough) of the Red Exploding Balls at a time, and ALWAYS as soon as you see them come out throw your briefcase (suggested weapon) at cops running towards you, also, don't forget to jump and stay in the air EXACTLY when he starts shooting the giant blue laser. Jump when lasers come out of its eyes. When he shoots missiles just stay by his feet for 2 or 3 of the targets to appear then start running left so that they all hit him without you getting touched. Pretty simple once you learn all of the combinations. Like laser, Blue Ball, Laser. And Rockets, Blue Ball, Laser (Which is the most difficult if you're not good with missiles). Good luck!

The ninja is after that one bot boss right before the final boss. before you run off screen after bossman climb up the brick building all the way to the top and then you fight the ninja.
