I had to upgrade time arrows to max power and use them in level 3 ;)

Awesome. I've finished this game before, so it should be no problem.

Don't forget, you can use each function to store 8 commands, at the cost of only one in the main method. As such, judge what to put in a function carefully. Using a function of 8 commands once is better than using a function of 3 commands twice, for example. It is even better than using a function of four commands twice, due to each call to a function taking up one space.

Things change when you start calling functions inside functions though

I like this one. Finally a medal game that relies mostly on thinking rather than skill. And it´s quite challenging too. I think I could solve all the puzzles eventually, but I took a bit long on level 10 and decided to continue some other time.

Also it seems like the Arrow of Time medals are back. Gonna try to get some of those now.

Good.. Those two games were enjoyable. I had really good time playing them and getting medals.

Also, for anyone who got the "kill the boss in 20 seconds" medal, what strategy did you use? I keep killing him in like 10 seconds but it's not giving me the medal. Does the dialogue also take out a chunk of your time?

Level 10 was the hardest for me on lightBot, couldn't beat it without a walkthrough. Level 11 and 12 are a piece of cake compared to level 10.
Needed 199 commands.

Homing + Piercing + Extra Turrets + Click as fast as you can until he dies.
Don't know if the dialogue also counts towards the 20 seconds, but you can click that away pretty fast, too.

I already found out for the homing+piercing combo but extra turrets don't seem to help as you got to control them manually. My overall rate of fire doesn't change at all (the time needed to control them being roughly the same as the "delay" you have to wait after every shots).

Same thing about the shade medal, arrows don't stay really long so there's never more than a dozen arrows in the air at any given time.

I guess I'm hopeless.

Yes you control them manually, but you can let them shoot all at the same time. Just chose "Click and hold" instead of "click and drag" and you should be fine. Also, don't go too far away from the fortress, always keep the mouse near it and all turrets should fire at once.

I got the 20 second medal, but luck plays a bigger role. The homing arrows work best when he's right above you. All the other times he was popping out on the far sides

The three turrets are useless btw

Thanks, the click and hold is way more easier than click and drag and I was able to get the shade medal using this method :)

Still, I was unable to fire the three turrets simultaneously, at best I could fire them rapidly by clicking on the fortress center but 2 out of 3 arows logically went down and so were not hitting anything. I'll agree with fleshlight about those turrets being useless I think.

We need a challenging game again. These last few games with medals have been way too easy. We need some more almost impossible to get medals like Drunken Deity. Even I can't get it, I just think it's better than all these easy medals.

if you want to earn the medal quickdraw in The Arrow Of Time you need to use this arrows
1: homing arrows(level 3)
2: piercing arrow(level 3)

then shoot quickly if you can on the boss try it a couple of times and i'm sure you get it

you have to give people a chance :3...

and if you want the quick draw....

(Explosion + homing + extra turrets (as you already know))... BUT put on press and hold... (not click and drag)
then put your mouse under the fortress and click like crazy.... if he moves to the righ, move your mouse to the left and they ALLwill hit (depends on how close he is)... this will help...

also i did it a few times where he would die but still be alive... i could still hit him but he would not take any damage seen as he had none left to take but was still alive and doing damage to be while flying around.... strange... oh well.. got it now :3...

(XTRA HINT - if you need money, go onto the first level 3 wave with explosing arrows with time... the dinos give you 3x to 4x more money then the normal things)

Are you fucking kidding me?I am trying to beat that game for 1.5 hour and l still can't hit that (*#$^@ dinosaur...l mean, the game is easy but the medals are pretty hard (quite logical since they are all 100 point ones...).
And hell NO we don't need any more games like Alkie Kong 2...

Arrow of Time was easy. You could start the level over every time you died, so the first medal is easy. Then the 20 arrow one you just get piercing and homing and extra turrets, use the click and hold method and just spaz the mouse. The 20 second one is the same method, easy to get, only takes 5-6 tries MAYBE, and each times takes 30 seconds max til you get it. Then dinosaurs you mix time and explosion arrows on the first part level 3, or second part level 3 and you'll eventually get it after a couple play throughs. Then all upgrade is easy once you get free mode, I always use fire and explosion they kill the best and the fastest.

Yep, I was wrong. Multi-turrets work great IF YOU'RE LUCKY. Most of the time extra-arrows will just go to the bottom of the screen but if the boss closes on the fortress, you'll be able to hit him with 2 (maybe 3 but that didn't happen in my case) turrets. Worked for me, I finally got that medal :). Thanks everyone for your help.

Oh, and about medals being too easy, I seriously think there's already more "finish my 20 hours game dodging fireballs while bashing you keyword to the rythm of your favorite hardtek tune without getting hit by laser firing invisible ninjas" medals than necessary.

Yes, I'm butthurt. I blame AK2 and da pink knight for it.

I found the piercing+homin much mich easier since your arrows don't get wasted when they hit the boss...l did that in my first try, and before that l tried 6-7 time with the exposive+homing.
