Newgrounds.com is a privately owned website based in the USA. Our moderators, and the staff, are all English speaking, and English is their primary language in most cases.
Lately we have had problems with people posting in other languages and breaking the forum rules by making racist comments, insulting people, etc, but in languages other than English. This makes it very hard for our moderators to do their job of enforcing the forum rules. They don't know there is a problem until someone speaking the language used is offended and contacts a mod and helps translate the offending posts.
For this reason we are requesting everyone uses English only on these forums. If you would like to speak in your native tounge, do it elsewhere.
We do not want Newgrounds.com's image to be tainted because there are topics and posts saying who knows what in a language we don't understand.
