Firefox not displaying voting bar?

I can't get the voting bar to show up anymore. It's not just on UJ entries, but on every single one. It works in IE, but I hate using that. Yes, I am waiting for the movie to load. Yes, I have the Flash player plugin installed.
About an hour ago, it still worked, but now it doesn't anymore. I've already tried rebooting my PC and clearing out my cookies. Right-clicking the space where the voting bar is supposed to be gives me a 'Flash movie not loaded'.

Does anyone know how I can solve this? Or is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Well, i've had your problem as well, i have no bloody idea how to fix it, but it will magically re-appear within the next couple of hours, which.. yea... means no BPing with firefox for you :-\

My movie bar at the top just sorta re-appeared a few hours after my last post in that topic.

Yeah, tried that. It works when regular movies don't load, but for some reason it doesn't with the voting bar. Thanks anyways.

Which Firefox version are you using? Mozilla (Seamonkey) 1.7.7 works fine for me; the voting bar takes a while to appear (depending on how large the flash is), but I think that's some Javascript trickery from NG to make sure you actually watch the movie for voting. ^_~

I did have some problems last months, but these disappeared again, so I attributed them to NG fiddling with the code and then backing out the changes again when they noticed that they didn't work quite right in Mozilla.

Enter Avant Browser. An upgrade for IE that gives you a pop-up blocker and tabbed browsing. I got it when FireFox was fucked up due to QuickTime and I haven't gone back.

Mine seems to be working fine. Keep checking while your watching movie. It might come up while its playing not while loading.

hmm i have the same problem on some submissions... not all. on those in which i haf the prob, i usually wait for abt 7-8 minutes

Yeah, but usually it appears immediately on entries that have already passed judgment, but now it doesn't anymore. I'm using 1.0.1 by the way, I'll try downloading a newer version.

Do try 1.0.3. If nothing else, it fixes some security flaws, at least. :)

I downloaded it, tried it, didn't like it. Abit slow. Nice find though.
