Looks like you have Flash turned off, or blocked through Adblock in Firefox, if you have that extension.
Try restoring default setting in Firefox, by reinstalling it.
you probably have firefox's adblock...
try pressing control alt F or control shift F... i know its some combination like that... if that doesn't work, try unblocking it in your options menu under adblock..

Ok, i uninstalled firefox completely, and i just re-installed it.
It still doesnt work. "Movie not loaded" my asshole >B(
