Let's try to be fair here...
There are better games out there, and there are worse games out there. The enemy AI is pretty good actually. They'll jump up to your level and shoot at you, or if you're right above them, they'll shoot up at you. The inclusion of the helicopter was also nice, and the first boss (Which killed me really bad) Was extremley predictable, but still hard. The general unpredictability is also not bad. You never know when an agent is going to run up behind you and shoot you in the back.
The graphics are OK, but they could have been better. And the sound, well, I don't think the music fit too well with the game, but it's pretty slow paced, so I guess it could work.
As for the bad stuff, the 1-hit death thing is... well... let me put it this way-- there's a reason why they don't do those types of games anymore. The single reason why I couldn't get very far after the first boss is because agents would pop up behind me and take cheap shots at my back, or shoot from right below me so I didn't have a chance to dodge.
So, to conclude my little rant. It's not bad, but it's not that great either.

something about wanting to actually improve my ability at this game. it's difficult at first but you warm up to the fast pace.
It's a really great game, alot of fun, can't wait to get the console version this christmas!
