Honestly...
I hate it, people give it 10's because it's a staple on NG, but honestly, it just as simple and entertaining as the hundreds of other games on this site.
I think the dying in one hit thing is my first turn off. I know that metal slug did it, but the enemies were also at a good AI level and shot just enough to make it sort of challenging. This game, as soon as i land and shoot, i get shot.
Not one of my favorites, but ill give it a five for being an original.

This game is the shit and all but you get fuck from EVERY angle possible.....and you cant shoot up or down? It just confuses me hwhy youd put everything in it except the essential "Contra" directional view points for shooting. It makes a biiiiiiiiiiiiig ass difference.
