Always hated this one, difficulty isn't quite as unplayably bullsh*t as the full game but that's not saying much. Game's just not fun at all because you're pretty much always getting f*cking shot at from offscreen giving you no time to react (just like in the full game!), even with 9 lives I can't beat this and I can get through most of Metal Slug 3 on 1 credit.
