It was very funny and very impressive as a first submission. This movie got a deserved daily feature!
I found it funny and a bit insulting at the same time. The over all point of the movie was Link and Zelda being able to go back to heterosexual sex. And that was torn apart just as much as the gay men pairs. But... it just seemed like the gay jokes were getting the majority of the attension and it I can see where some people pulled 'homophobe' from. I don't think you did it intensionally, but after thinking over the movie for the review... It came to mind.
I feel that you will do great in the future but there were many jokes you could have taken further...
Old Man: 'I am your father'
Link: 'Shit! really?'
-what you could have done-
Old Man: 'No, but you can call me daddy' (steps closer)
Link: 'The hell?!' (pulls out sword)
Or something along those lines. Just so it doesn't seem like a random cliche expected to draw a laugh or two just because of what it is.
PS: I read the reviews of people who give movies I liked 0s for fun, and they were arogant and narrow minded. And I found your replies to them just as funny as your flash. But they seemed a bit more thought out than some of the movie's jokes. Reading over some of those reviews might give you material for future submissions.
