i think the levels got a little too difficult for such a simplistic game. the floods, earthquakes, etc don't really do anything to help you out, because as soon as you stop killing ppl your level goes down. it's not a bad start, but it could definately use some work.

The lightening guns is increibly inaccurate, the game goes from very easy to incredibly hard in a single level, and the fun factor is extremely hampered by the lack of personality in this. I would have liked it if not for these factors...
